Sorry for my bad english..
Based upon claims your IMEI is fake, either the original IMEI was cloned and subsequently discovered, or the phone is counterfeit. I'd see about getting your money back, because Samsung won't touch it, and discussing methods to change the IMEI is forbidden here.

Don't worry about the IMEI Cert. Mine says "N/A" yet the phone functions normally.
As to the IMEI itself, when you enter *#06# into the dialer, what is the result? Do you get a number, a number starting with 049, or a null response? If a number, does that match the number in the battery compartment?
Any other result than a number matching the number in the battery compartment requires the phone be serviced, which may not be cheap, assuming Samsung even touches the phone.
Bluetooth and WiFi may work again if you flash the firmware for your device through Odin. But this phone will never make calls until the IMEI issue is resolved, if it can be resolved.

Send the device to Samsung for service. Especially if repeatedly flashing the firmware didn't fix the WiFi and Bluetooth. Be prepared to pay for the privilege.
Hello Everyone,
I have LG G2 802.
I was flashing different roms without backing up my IMEI. Last week i saw that my IMEI number has been changed (I think it changed after i flash .tot file).
I google and get to know that it is possible to bring my IMEI number back. I tried EFS Professional software but it did not work for me. It can change the value of ESN which is 00000000 but it can not change MEID & IMEI number. Please help me with this matter.
My Device Info
Error i am getting while changing MEID or IMEI
Error While Changing
I flashed one custom rom,
After flashing the rom...my imei number is not showing up when i press *#06#, also some other codes are also not working..
I am using Galaxy J5 (J500F)....The sims are working fine....
Is this a problem...how to restore my imei number..
Is there anyway to do that???
Bcuz my new sim needs my imei number for verification...
Any one has a solution for this problem....Please tell me and help me...
Its started by flashing custom ROMs. then I revert back to stock rom, but i'm unable to detect wifi network. but bluetooth, and my IMEI still intact on my device.
After Flashing someone's persist img, my serial number (S/N) becomes C4ATAS000000.
how to restore my original S/N? Is there a fix for this? please help me. :crying:
Are there any ways to restore BOTH IMEI? IMEI - 1 and IMEI - 2
I knew that a single IMEI number can be restored and solve unknown baseband,
Please share if there is any particular way or software to restore both IMEI.
Thanks :good:
