juste purchased a real fake android unit (noticed after installation) on Aliexpress.
I've tried all the password found on the internet but in vain..
Anyone got a clue to get acces to the factory setup menu please ?

Hi, ive bought one of these units, i previously had one which i had no trouble with. Until the usb and wifi died so became useless to me.
i have a new one now with the rkpx3 chip and a soldered board inside, i can get root access with no issue, but if i soft boot to recovery, i get "no command" . I have tried the usual button combinations to get recovery access but nothing. the only way i can seem to exit the recovery mode is via the reset button which deletes everything and returns to stock.
i cannot gain recovery via the hard buttons either!
the dev password is 3386, could i be right in thinking this is a seller locked software? i have asked the seller and they told me it couldnt be rooted (have su access so i know its rooted)
my serial number is listed as 00000000 also.
any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, how did you root this unit? I wasn't able to root mine.... Can you post the instructions please.... I have a similar unit and cannot figure out if it is mtcb or mtcd....
I have this system too and I have not been able to get the recovery to work. For root, kingroot works well. Download the latest one.
Sorry, the password for your rkpx3 is 3368 et not 3386 ok?

You can used root master,,root,,, ok and klik information,, klik removed security

Custom recovery installation
After some investigation I managed to install CWM Recovery in this device.
a) Install King Root application to gain Root access.
b) Install Official TWRP application.
c) Install Partition Backup application and complete some backups first, just in case everything goes wrong.
c) Flash this img: (Well, anti-spam filter do not allow me to publish links, so send me a request)
(It is a ported img from rk3166)
d) Ask TWRP to reboot in Recovery.
When you restart you won't have access to move through menus with the keys. You can solve the issue rebooting with a usb keyboard connected.

I've just purchased the mediapad m3 for my mom last week Abdul have helped her setup the fingerprint reader ...but unfortunately she forgot her pin code for the lock screen. When's I tried to do an a hard reset I only a see the Erecovery mode which needs to connect to wifi for recovery. But I keep getting this packaging info error .
I thought this hard reset is just like the usual where we access the recovery menu and select factory reset there.

Hi, does anyone know the passcode to enter factory settings so I can change the start-up logo on this head unit? The eBay seller seems to think it can’t be done, but the logo is currently set to Audi.

I Bought this android head unit a month ago. After having some problem with apps i decided to set head unit to factory settings. After that i got stuck on bootloop
I trie reseting it via RST button but, that didn't helped. So i think i need somehow to get into recovery for data wipe. None of button combination leeds me there.
Does anybody now, how to get into recovery mode ?

Tried:
- various button combination (reset, reset + power, etc)
- Connect USB male<->male connector to head unit and PC. No response, pc wont find new device (android adb)
- Solder wires to pins on mainboard GND, VCC, D+, D- and connect to pc. No response
- contacted seller. He aproved that android is stuck and head unit needs to be restored from update (or data wipe out). Seller asked me for my email, but its already two weeks after this problem and still no instruction what to do.

I am not sure what setting i have done or after updated system firmware. The easycon no longer working. Everytime i press the app icon, it went in and immediately kick out to the main icon screen.
Another issue is after updated the system firmware, the side touch panel lighting cannot be change colour. Floating button also gone missing.
Appreciate someone can help out.
I have t3_p1 1-16 Android 10 units. I reset it to factory settings. Screen mirror no longer works at all. Even the USB Car Play Dongle is not working. Is there a hero to offer a solution?

It happened to me when I updated my system, after system updating my air conditioner app stop working and also it's T3 P1 and I solved the problem.
The solution is to go to settings, car settings, extra settings ( pass 123456 ) then select car model or something related to model, then you will be getting into car selecting menu ( pic is attached for reference ).
Please be careful when choosing the car model, it should be exactly the same as yours.after that you will get an APK downloading, also MCU update, system will be restarted automatically after updation, done
notice: your head unit should be connected to WiFi for the MCU updating process.

Hello again. I tried every option but it didn't work. Unable to connect via wifi mirror or cable. I think there is a hardware problem.
