How to root redmi 2 with custom rom

Hi Guys,
I have a unique problem. I have a Redmi 2 Indian version. My device is not rooted. I have flashed custom recovery TWRP 3.03 and Lineage OS 14.1 on it. I had not rooted my device before flashing rom and recovery. How to root it now? All the tutorials I see are for miui rom.
What I have already tried -
Tried to install UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.40.zip through TWRP.
If I try this, my device gets stuck at Lineage OS logo
Please help.
Use a more recent SuperSU package,v2.78 or you can use superuser provided on lineage downloads site under Extras

I can't install any TWRP on my J530F

Hi, I was trying to install TWRP on my J530F, but no matter what TWRP I install it keeps getting stuck on Samsung Galaxy J5 screen. Stock recovery works when I flash it. I'm using Oreo 8.1.0 (SMR Mar-2019 Rel.1)
EDIT: I followed this guide and it worked just fine.

can be closed - Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e - Root, Magisk, TWRP & Lineage

Hi,
I want to achieve the following with my Samsung Tab S5e WiFi
Root
Magisk
Lineage
TWRP
Following the guide here (https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/gts4lvwifi/install) I already unlocked the bootloader, flashed vbmeta.tar with Odin, flashed lineage-19.1-20221114-recovery-gts4lvwifi.img with Odin and flashed lineage-19.1-20221114-nightly-gts4lvwifi-signed.zip with TWRP-recovery.
Lineage is working fine, but I would also like to use Magisk and am unsure about the next steps.
I have Lineage Recovery installed, but would like to have TWRP instead.
What would be the next steps to continue from Lineage (incl. Lineage Recovery) to finish in Root, Magisk, Original TWRP and Lineage OS?
I understood, that I would have to patch boot or recovery from Magisk, but am unsure about if I should/could use TWRP recovery.img (inside twrp-3.7.0_9-0-gts4lv.img.tar) file instead of Lineage boot.image (inside ineage-19.1-20221114-nightly-gts4lvwifi-signed.zip) or Lineage recovery (lineage-19.1-20221114-recovery-gts4lvwifi.img).
What needs to be considererd with vbmeta.img?
Thanks
I wiped system? and re-flashed Lineage via TWRP, got "original" TWRP Recovery for S5e Magisk permanent.
I have to admid, I tried several things and got lucky I did not break something.
I had nearly, what I wanted - TWRP, Lineage and Magisk, but there were issues with the sensors (no auto rotate).
Again I helped myself:
1) flashed the original, unpatched TWRP Recovery for S5e
2) flashed unpatched Lineage for S5e
3) flashed MindTheGapps
4) flashed Magisk-v25.2.apk
No bootloop, original TWRP permanent, Magisks working fine, no issues with sensors.
