G930P for Pokemon Go spoofing - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S7 Questions & Answers

As the title says, I would like to use my old phone for GPS spoofing. I don't know any function of the phone (data, lte, samsung pay, etc) other than bluetooth and maybe gps.
Software is G930PVPU7CRG3
Security Patch: July 1, 2018
I am following this guide on reddit:
https://www.reddit.com/r/PokemonGoSpoofing/comments/8ytjz5
But I can't seem to find a viable way to get a custom recovery. (TWRP only supports Exynos)
If anyone could please assist me, that would be wonderful. Thank you.

[Q] Unable to register to Network (SM-G530FZ)

I have rooted my device SM-G530FZ. SE for Android status shows permissive and no code is appearing whereas when I have checked the other rooted device of the same model it shows "Enforcing SEPF_SM-G530FZ_4.4.4_0033 Fri Jan 23 17:06:33 2015. I don't understand why my device shows permissive without any other details. Can someone help me out to enable SE for Android on my device. Thanks
I have rooted my device, SM-G530FZ. Now I am unable to register to the Network provider and also the device shows "SE for Android has been turnedoff." Can anyone help me out to resolve this issue? Thanks

Hello, this is herna from XDA Assist.
Normally when you root your device this kind of problems are not normal. I don´t know the process you used, but seems that you changed the kernel, and this is one of the reasons of why it´s not working correctly.
My suggestion is to do a factory reset on your phone or flash an official firmware trough any Samsung installer, if there is, or manually.
If you want to get any better answer to problems like this one you should do in the section below, which is the Galaxy Grand Prime official help thread:

Korean S8

Hi Guys,
Apparently I've purchased a Korean Galaxy S8 from eBay without realising it. The settings -> about page shows the model number is SM-G950D while CPU-Z report SM-G950F but it's definitely the dual-sim variant of the device.
I called up Samsung support and they've said the device isn't under warranty because they only support EU devices...whatever that means since they're all manufactured in the same country...
Everything seems to work as normal...samsung pay, android pay, secure folder etc all work.
I'm wondering if anyone knows the differences in the hardware/bootloader and if I can flash a stock EU/GB ROM over this thing in case there's something dodgy on it?
Also just another question - if I root via Magisk and trip knox, can I use magisk hide to keep secure folder working? I don't care about Samsung pay at all. Is there any other functionality I'm going lose?
Cheers.
No one?

Can I root SM-T537V

I have the Verizon Galaxy Tab 4 (SM-T537V). Can I root it? I have searched quite a bit but cannot find a solution that includes that model number. Does anyone have a solution and or suggestion?
Thanks in advance.
Just going to revive this thread briefly to make a point--it seems that this community has either failed to effectively bypass the Tab 4 10.1 Verizon LTE's protections which prohibit root access and unsigned roms from being flashed, or no one really cares about this variant at all. This consensus is based on the reading I have done up to this point for this particular device.
Perhaps there is a legitimate working method to root this device on the current firmware, but it must be buried in an unintuitive location somewhere on the internet.
For those of us who own this device and wish to have a non-bloated and fast experience, the truth is we are all unfortunate at this moment in time It's a real shame...

Problem with NFC payment on unlocked bootloader/ 9.0 unofficial ROM

Hi guys,
I've installed unofficial Lineage OS 9.0 from this forum. Right now it is without root, but the bootloader is unlocked (which is obvious). Unfortunately when I want to pay using NFC payment I get an info that this device cannot be used to activate NFC payments, because the device is not meeting VISA/MasterCard security/system requirements.
Do you have any suggestions how to solve this issue?
I need to mark that system is not rooted now, but the bootlocker is unlocked.

Mine works with Magisk installed. It does some coverup for the security check. Before (7.0/8.0) I had Xposed added to the set and NFC payments were not available. With Magisk only, everything is fine.

I'm not in Pie for now, but I'm sure that your device doesn't pass SafetyNet.
You have to root it via Magisk Manager and download the modules that fix these problems and you will have to hide your banking apps with Magisk Hide.

Privilege Escalation: security patch Apr-2020

Android 10
Knox 3.5
Kernel 4.4.177
SMR April 2020 release 1
My phone is currently crippled by "knox enrollment service". It's the only way they let me use it at work.
Is it possible to bypass its restrictions? I'm specially interested in reenabling developer tools so I can install third party apps.
(please no fearmongering about them finding out and me losing my job, I don't care)
I've had a look at all the vulnerabilities since then and found something interesting https://www.cvedetails.com/cve/CVE-2021-25442/
It's a vulnerability in Knox Cloud Services that should allow you to bypass restrictions.
It says it doesn't require much skill to pull off, but there are no metasploit modules for it.
Anyone willing to explain how to go about it?
