The problem is that it can't load the system it stops at android logo screen and after a few minutes it restarts.
Is there any chance to fix it.

Hello everyone, i buy this radio and I have several doubts, the first is that it cant change the wallpaper, it puts me action not allowed, does anyone know how I can solve this? only let me put 7 predetermined wallpapers, and there is no option to put a custom, my second doubt is that this radio supposedly brings bluetooth but there is no option to search for devices, just let me connect from the mobile to listen to music, there is some solution? I wanted to know finally if i can root and put a newer android or if I exist an update for this model, I have not found anything in the forum, thank you very much! This is the radio model that I have.

Hello everyone. I received an updated Firmware directly from seicane for their head unit. This is Android 10 update for the 2/32 GB unit. Everything seems to be working great so far on unit. If you would like to try it for yourself please feel free to download and install. I'm not too tech savvy so if you have any questions I'll answer them the best I can. Thought I would share for anyone to update their own unit if possible

I have a Android / CIC head unit - Chinese one by the looks of it.
I clicked on change user in the android settings of the head unit and then it powered off and now it just shows no signal. I can still access the BMW CIC.
When the car initially starts it shows an android notification/settings bar but then straight away flashes up no signal. I feel like if we can change the user back to the owner, or delete the new user it should start working again.

I'm having problems with my Head Unit... (microphone doesn't work, cant install any apps anymore, and can't connect to my iPhones Hotspot and so on)

I bought it as a Skandinav Stockholm X8, but I completely resetted it.

I recently installed a Topway TS7 head unit in my Ford Fusion 2014 Hybrid and made the mistake of updating android and MCU both.
now, because of this, the air-conditioning app is no longer available. it still does work, but I can't see the temperature or anything at all concerning air conditioning.
Is there any way to downgrade MCU to the previous version??
also, does updating the android version in any way harm these head units (not meaning updating MCU version)??
I did get a notification to update both android and MCU, but in the MCU menu, it says: "Air Condition: Not Available", so not updating it.
fixed the problem.
Just did the reset and it fixed everything. I won't update MCU anymore

But only via the android head unit ?!
You could always do it manually on your car with the specific buttons ? right ?
Just to understand if after updated MCU you AC was totally lost (via your Android Head Unit and via the car buttons (those under your android screen))...

I do have a “Topway” Andriod 10 after market stereo and my steering mounted controls are not working properly. I have uploaded the picture of wiring and stereo but do not know how to make it work.
Last thing i was told from the dealer is that the Purple & Light Green Wires are for Key 1 & Key2, while the blue one is for ground.
