Install TWRP without USB - Redmi K20 / Xiaomi Mi 9T Questions & Answers

I have a Mi 9T Global 6/128GB running stock MIUI 12.0.7 Global with bootloader already unlocked. However the USB port has gone bad and only works for charging.
Is there a way for me to install TWRP without a USB connection?
Everything I've done and observed:
USB debugging enabled
USB tethering option greyed out - no USB connection detected
Default USB action set to MTP does not help
It charges but no prompt for USB mode when connected
Phone does not show up on PC
No new device detected in device manager
No problematic device detected in device manager in any mode
No device detected through ADB in any mode
No device detected through fastboot in fastboot mode
No device detected in miflash tool regardles of phone in system or fastboot
No device detected in miunlock tool regardless of phone in system or fastboot
No detected USB device on which I can attempt a driver update
USB drivers verified updated
Tried on my desktop and laptop, with multiple cables and ports
OTG with another Android device does not work
I was using RR Android Q when I realized this issue. At that time I was using TWRP and even in recovery with everything mounted and MTP enabled, the phone was still not detected on PC. I flashed the latest stable MIUI zip hoping it would be fixed bit no bueno.
I want to get TWRP back to install a custom rom because I refuse to use MIUI.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

New computer Maybe driver help??!?!

I got a new Razer Blade 14 laptop. For some reason I cannot get the phone to enter download mode properly. It just says disabled and "Connect USB Data Cable".
I've installed the drivers and ADB software. I Have no missing devices in device manager. When booted into the OS and in MTP mode I can send adb commands and "adb devices" sees the phone. Its only when I boot into download mode that the phone says its disabled and to connect a data cable. So theres something up with the Fastboot/Download mode drivers is my guess. I just cant put a finger on the problem.
In device manager it shows as "Android Bootloader Interface" as the device. I'm using the stock nexus 6p cable. My usb drivers are up to date per intel. Computer has windows 10.
Please help!!!
If i put it in sideload mode it is also detected with ADB. Just not fastboot/download mode...
I managed to somehow fix it. I had the right drivers. But for some reason I left the phone in download mode. Then issued the command "fastboot oem ramdump enable" and then restarted the bootloader, now download mode is enabled and I can flash factory images etc.

Can't flash any ROM either the stock or a custom one

I have moto g4 plus XT1642 I flashed the test version of nougat NPJ25.75-2 from the recovery and since then I can't unlock the boot loader or root the device or install a new ROM it shows me in the cmd that it's waiting for device and don't make any progress. (Note : I have the drivers installed on my PC and made sure that USB debugging was enabled)
Is your device recognised by your computer normally? (That is, can you plug your device - when it's booted - into your computer and is it detected when connecting by USB, and in adb does your device show up if you type 'adb devices'?
Do you have Windows 10 and an UEFI motherboard? If so, you may have to disable driver signature enforcement or Secure Boot from the UEFI BIOS (which may invalidate your motherboard's warranty).

[Q] Bricked my phone while usb debugging isn't turned on

i decided to flash stock nougat from stock oreo (currently usb debugging is on). While flashing nougat in fastboot my phone showed erase screen and rebooted back to stock 8.1(this happens after may update when the bootloader is unlocked and this time i'm sure that usb debugging option has been reseted and turned off by itself because of boot loader unlock). And then i forgot to turn usb debugging on and booted into fastboot mode and flashed stock nougat and bricked my phone. Please help, is there anyway to turn usb debugging on a bricked device?
Edit: i can access fastboot mode and bootloader is unlocked.
Thank You

Put your phone in fastboot mode (power and vol-) and flash stock Rom with Miflash (clean all).

Change USB port, change cable or try in another PC.

TA-1000 Pie not detected while in recovery/sideload

as the title says my ta-1000 isn't detected by the adb/fastboot while in recovery mode > apply update from adb
this is not a driver problem as i've tried on both windows and fwul linux.
also, on windows there's no device at all, not unknown or known
i have usb debugging enabled and adb works on both windows and linux while the phone is turned on normally
as soon as i do adb reboot recovery the phone disconnects and never appears
also, the phone is detected while in download mode
i need to sideload an update to revert the recovery back to nougat so i can downgrade
sideloading used to work just fine in nougat/oreo but not in pie
no, i can't install from sd card since i gave mine away to my nephew, figured i don't need it considering the phone has 32gb of space and i don't even use it
anyone solution to this?

PC fastboot recognition issue

Today i tried to install a custom ROM update which caused a softbrick and now my device is stuck at the logo. I naturally decided to flash a stock rom in order to solve this. I went ahead and downloaded a MIUI 11 global stable one, next was rebooting into fastboot and connect it to my PC...
...When i rebooted my phone into fastboot, my PC didn't recognize the device at all. Device Manager says "USB Unknown Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)". I verified the USB port and cable works properly with another phone, i installed USB drivers and ADB/fastboot ones, still nothing.
Is there anything I'm missing? I'm not very adept at these topics, I previously flashed mine into a PE custom ROM purely by following tutorials mindlessly.
Try the app "Xiaomi ADB/Fastboot Tools", this has the option to flash stock ROMs. The USB drivers that I have installed on my computer are "minimal ADB Fastboot 1.4.3".
You could also solve the problem with the tool "MiFlash Pro".
