I have tried opengapps, nikgapps and they all seem to work ok

I tested personally bro. I am even using it as we speak. Install apps after booting rom

Format data flash rom flash gapps= not boot

I'm having a similar problem too.
This is how i installed the ROM:
1) Being on MIUI 12 (Android 10)
2) Format Data
3) Flash HavocOS
4) Reboot to system (Works without any problems.)
5) Back to TWRP, flashing Gapps (NikGapps Stock with customized config)
6) Reboot > stuck in boot-animation
Could this be a problem caused by the NikGapps-config set to install-mode 1, which installs the Google app while uninstalling the corresponding AOSP-app?

I succeeded install this ROM its not nice There are a lot of microlags. Here and there some kind of error, reboot, screen shutdown. There is almost no juice left from the functions of the 3rd Havoc, So I'm going back to Evolution X.

the problem is that format data should be after flash havocos
try that :
1) being on miui 12 (android 10)
2) flash HavocOS (or even other os)
3) format data
4) reboot to system
5) back to twrp, flash gapps (nikgapps core is the best but you can take go or basic)
optional : flash magisk
6) reboot to system and enjoy

I really think that it's not the problem i formated data before flashing the ROM, but the Gapps-package i used before.

Does this new build has customizable launcher? Does volume rocker wake bug fixed ? Because I've reported several times but old maintainer wasn't kind enough to fix this which kept me away from this rom for long time.

It has Lawnchair, so you'll get the custom tunings.
And Volume rocker wake works fine.

Lawnchair launcher is great as few customisation are there which I needed...

Confirmed.
Overall it doesn't feel smooth compared to MSM, RR and AEX

It's an issue from Source side. Will be fixed in next update
For now you can Install Gboard app, it will fix lags

Changelog?

I came from the newest stock ROM, unlocked bootloader, stock kernel. I installed TWRP, this ROM and 9.0 GAPPS. The boot sequence has been showing for 15 minutes now. Any suggestions what I did wrong?

Did you install treble Twrp or non-treble Twrp. Also did you do a clean flash, encryption was enabled or not. If encryption was enabled on stock rom you need to clean flash this rom

Finally u brought it

Thanks man, everything works just fine, it's a great ROM!
I have a question, I want to encrypt my phone, so does Havoc 2.5 for Rosy support encryption? I've had problems with encryption with other ROMs (encryption unsuccessful, bootloops, etc.) and I want to be sure with this one before proceeding with it.
Keep it going!

It doesn't install correctly for me. It flashes no problem but then upon reboot it throws the phone into bootloader mode.
Your other ROM, dot-os installs and runs really well so I'm cool with that one

So far this rom is awesome, firts boot took less than a minute. Battery life is pretty good also, the only annoying thing is lawnchair. As a default launcher is slow and sometimes laggy, so I replaced it with Poco launcher and that's it

Flashed it and using it..
Only thing Annoys me is
in interface section I choose AOSP and then came back to Pixel Immediately just because I didn’t find any difference between both..
and now the rounded UI is gone
I wanted this rom just for the rounded UI design....and I'm hopeless now..
other issues..
there are no new updates on download page but it is showing new update is available on updater app...

Screenshot edit button not working
After taking an screenshot, when I tap the "edit" button nothing happend. The notification just go away
Edit: Google markup app Is missing -which is android pie screenshot editor-, I've just installed it and it's working.

Nice rom, but some things needs improvement, like boot animation ( after first boot, always run twice for me ) and battery life ( in a combined use, i got 4-5 hours SOT, far of 8h on others ROMs )

I get 8hs SOT after some days of using it as a daily drive. Same as stock miui10

Can you add volte icon in status bar in next build ?

I've used the version 2.5 and now 2.6 and there are issues with touch response..
after using the phone for 2/3minutes touch doesn’t work and re unlocking the phone gives me another 3-4 minutes...
and then it happens again.
App that displays over another like messenger chat heads doesn’t work and the issue is same like touch issues..?

I installed again and I still have the error in the whatsapp camera. Before installing the ROM, did you have the latest version of MIUI installed? I used to use xiaomi.eu, I do not know if it has anything to do with it.

Last miui i've installed was 9.5.23 global beta... Clean flashed havock using xdoge twrp

What's not working bro??

Opengapps doesn't provide package for android 10.
Bug on this ROM :
1. Mobile data not working even mobile data activated.
2. There is no virtual keyboard. Earlier version have built-in AOSP keyboard. But, this version has no virtual keyboard. I can't type WiFi password since mobile data not working at all
How to fix these bug? Anyone can tell?

Hmm.. you need to install Open GApps - full or Aroma that have pre-installed google keyboard, about mobile data, you have to create new apn by manual..

Well, I fixed this in the following way-
After installing the ROM I found about the keyboard.
So I switched back to my previous ROM and downloaded apk of Gboard to my sd card.
I again installed havoc os without gapps and then through file manager installed Gboard.
Through settings I had to set Gboard default then I installed gapps, everything worked fine for me.
Bugs I noticed,
Havoc customizations panel isn't there in settings but is shown in screenshots.
Edit- Another bug
As soon as I open quick settings, my phone powers off itself.
Any help regarding this?

Everything seems to be working so far but there is no access to recent apps and you can't change to 2 button navigation even if you select it, it just never changes

The ROM runs smooth as it should. Do you have any link for the working gapps for this rom or suggestion which package to use? I tried micros gapps (beta for Android 10) but didn't work.

Pico gapps work fine. I downloaded Micro too but pixel launcher started glitching so Pico should be fine as I experienced no bugs with it yet.

No, Pico has playstore and minimal services.
As I told above, before changing room you should just keep a backup of apk of Gboard and install it later on the ROM so you can use it.
Downloading aroma or super gapps just for Gboard isn't a good idea

the screenshots aren't even android 10, they are android pie. i think OP is drunk.

The ROM is super good. Gesture navigation works, two button, three button too. You just need pixel launcher 10 apk for gesture. ROM apparently supports spoofing unlike LOS 17. That is a good thing until Google let's third party launchers use gesture navigation!

My device tree is stable which is based on Device but ROM source is not fully stable. Source managers are updating their sources too so stay tuned u will get updates

Installing gborard
You can install it before booting the ROM by downloading latest apk from internet and rename It to Gboard, copy to sdcard, in twrp file manager make new folder in data/app/gboard copy it here set permissions for folder and apk to 755 tru twrp and reboot ??

I didnt mention any latest A10 firmware required rom link is given in post.
Vendor is included just download the rom.zip and flash according to the instructions.

Store ROM, Gapps and other things in memory card or otg drive then follow below steps
Format data then type yes
Wipe cache, dalvik, system, vendor, data, internal storage
Flash Havoc then Gapps
Flash magisk if you want root else not required
Reboot

Which is the content of the Gapps integrated in your rom ?

No fingerprints, no face unlock. When you encrypt a date - a cyclic reboot. Excellent firmware apart from these points.

- encrypt in any 10 rom then flash 11
- havoc does not support face unlock

Can't use wifi at all

flash lineage 18(you can without gapps, that will be faster), encrypt - cause encrypting on that ROM works good, then go to recovery, wipe dalvik system data cache, and flash ROM that doesnt encrypt properly(Havoc in your case). For me it worked when i didnt had encrypted phone when i had to fullwipe the phone
It's good ROM, smooth animations, excellent toast notifications, it's gonna be my daily driver from now on till something better will arrive.
FOR GPAY, BANKING APPS USERS: Gpay works, safety net is totally OK with root without ANY FIXES for me. Dont install magiskhide props config because ctsprofile didnt passed after installing it( ofc for me)

WHAT really needs to be adjusted to me is the CAST PROBLEM (WIFI) and the FP to work w/out getting encrypted the phone. I managed to set the ROM 2nd day started to boot and ask for the PHONES PIN but the G BOARD was crashing... then went back to ANDROID 10.
However I really appreciate the hard work and effort of the DEVS THNK U

Fingerprint really wont work in any way when your phone isn't encrypted because it isnt secure, but in my case i have to encrypt my phone only when i do FULL WIPE (W/DATA FOLDER) and it's taking like 5 minutes to do one lineage 18.

Is volume level during conversations high or low? cant seem to find descent rom with pretty high volume level. In most 11 roms I have to push my phone to my ear to recognize what someone says.

Volume level is okay I think, I have online lessons and I can hear people pretty good. I didn't had problems with volume on 11 ROM's.

Normally in ANDROID 10 works perfect w/out encrytping the phone.
Therefore my note ....
