Can I use redmi 4 prime custom rom on redmi 4?

You can't use Redmi 4 Prime (Markw) ROMs on Redmi 4 (Prada), for Prada there is a LineageOS 13, there aren't any Android 7 custom ROM for Prada.

Redmi note 7 pro got official support for rr rom when will redmi note 7 will have the rr rom.
And please help me if someone can port the miui cam for redmi note 7 custom roms it would be great as it would allow us to use the depth sensor while taking pics.

Redmi Note 7 Pro was released after Redmi Note 7 - they have over 10 custom roms - we have 3, 2 are the same and no official TWRP.
1 more week and i am selling my Note 7 if things don't improve. 6 months this phone has been out for, 2 custom roms and no official twrp, it's very very bad.

Yes you can, both devices are using same codename "lavender". So you can flash everything made for lavender in redmi note 7s.
