Dear all,
My HU can't touch any thing, so using Keyboard bluetooth running keyboard, it can touch , it mean toucher is good!
Please help me how to hard reset or disable launcher app .

I have HTC Touch (Elf) mobile. I tried so many ROM versions from Elf Upgrading sections of the same site.
Is there any possibility of upgrading Elf with any other mobile ROM? If yes can you please provide the details.
Please give the true details not to brick my phone .

DarkVisions-ROM DV 5.0 is the rom for Htc Hermes, and nothing for the Htc magician! If you just want to know the check at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505170

Unfortunately it's not possible, because the format of the file is ROM nbh while for Htc magician is nbf.
My advice to you'd better just right ROM by Cotulla - http://www.cotulla.pp.ru/Magician.html
