Hi everybody,
I need your help.
I have 3 Verizon Galaxy TAB (SCH-I800) from USA. I tried to change the firmware on one of them, with european P1000 Firmware and of course it failed.
-> Bricked
I tried to dump the second one (but not in root mode) -> Failed -> Bricked
The third one is OK. I do nothing with it.
I tried to restore several firmware with Odin, but nothing work.
The 1st is Out of Order (full bricked), black screen, no download mode.
The 2nd one can boot on recovery mode and on download mode, but when i try to start it, i always have the "samsung" logo on cycle.
Can you help me to maybe change the rom of the 3rd (with european Rom) and make alive the second one with correct ROM ?
Thanks
Sorry for my english.
So i rooted my Yoga tab just a few hours ago and it went great. Booted back in and installed some apps and started to remove some apps. I rebooted the tablet shortly after and got stuck in some bootloop at the title screen. (Lenovo for those who do) It boots three times and then its just black with some flickering.
I got in to recovery and did (probably really, really stupid) a reset of data and cache. figure that will solve everything. It didn't. But it did not however make it works. Still the same bootloop.
if i leave it on for like 10 minutes, the screen where you choose language and time comes up but i can't press anything. Then everything goes black and flickers.
I was on stock kitkat when this happened and I've searched all around the internet for answers. I don't understand half of the things a read. Reflashing a new bios and fastboot what not. Almost every link in every thread is dead.
I need help and i hope you can help me with a solution too how i can get my tab up and running.
I have no back ups what so ever because i'm stupid so i need just hard reset everything not worrying about saving anything. (didnt have anything on the tab anyways)

Hello !
You should try to flash stock KitKat Lenovo Firmware with IntelFlashTool !
Also, you should install some intel drivers : Intel® USB Driver for Android* Devices & iSocUSB-Driver-Setup .
KitKat Firmware must be available under Lenovo site !
Put your device in DNX mode ( press & keep at the same time all three hardware buttons , when device reboot just release power button ... you will see soon "Fastboot starting..." , right now you can release volume up & down ) - connect your device via USB with your desktop and start Intel Flash Tools . Just unpack stock KitKat Lenovo Firmware and select under Intel Flash Tools , Flash file : "flash.xml" from Lenovo Firmware !
Good luck !

Thanks for your help.
Unfortunately, i think it made i made it worse
The flash stopped at 70% and now i'm stuck in a bootloop at the first power up screen.
Can you still get in to fast boot, and are you sure you were on KitKat rom.
try and start your tab in normal fastboot mode (from the recovery console select 'reboot to bootloader' or use from power off the combo keys Pwr & Vol+ or Pwr & vol- one of these two should bring you to the Fastboot/Droidboot menu) and from there tell me what the ifwi entry says... BLADE_21....
Problem solved!
I had to check "Force fastboot sparsing" and change it to 500MB in FlashTool and then it worked. Everything is now up and running.
Thanks for your replies.

Bios Downgrade Tool Query
Hi mate, sorry for such a late reply but I'm struggling trying to get the bios downgrade tool to work on my tablet. Its plugged in and the "fast boot starting" message is showing but when I click on the tool on my pc and start it, nothing changes with the tablet. Is there an obvious step I am missing? Kind of new to this.
Thanks
Hello chaps. Random question. I have searched and searched for an answer but cant find a 100% reliable one. Can our 1050F 10.1 inch run Ethernet on the OTG? I have been liaising with Lenovo tech support via email for 5 weeks now and they are certain it can but I cant get it going with my Plugable OTG/Ethernet adaptor. So, what say you folks? Thanks.
On the Lollipop.

However that recovery has a password pattern which didn't allow me to access my phone. After several attempts phone showed a message saying that phone will reset to factory settings. After which phone stuck at Initial LOGO.
Please provide some inputs in getting my phone operational.

There may be two things which may be done
1. Since you've done factory reset The first boot may take some time so wait for 20min and make sure it's working
2. If it's not working yet . Then the recovery file you've have flashed is wrong or you've flashed in the wrong partition . There is also chance that you've interupted the process.
These flashing tools are somewhat complicated I've faced many problems because if any settings weren't set correctly then it would mess all your mobile and also the version you use is very important..
So, contact the developers who are working for the specified mobile for more help. Because they would have over come these issues .
Suggestion:- Never Experiment the odin on your mobile without knowing the every detail before
Hello xdadevelopers users,
before 3 months I've bought my XIAOMI REDMI 4 PRIME with Global ROM from Geekbuying.
Before 1 week I've wanted to root my device and flash ressurection remix.
So I've followed all tutorials and installed all correct:
1. Backuped all my things (First backuped in the Settings & then pulled everything via MTP on my Computer)
2. Unlocked my Device (But my Phone hasn't got wiped after this like I thought)
3. Installed TWRP and Magisk
4. Booted into TWRP
5. Put "iosfirmware for 7.1 Nougat + RR Rom + Gapps Nano" into my root folder
6. Wiped all except Internal Storage
7. Flashed everything in this order: "iosfirmware --> RR ROM --> Gapps"
8. Wiped Cache and reboot
After this procedure my phone wont turn on and stayed on black screen.
I couldn't enter fastboot or the mode to enter download mode.
But the devices still showes up in Device Manager as Qualcomm 9003 Device.
So I stay chilled and searched online for Global Stock ROM & tools and videos that would help me to unbrick my device.
I've tested a lot, like MiFlash method, Testpoint method (Yes I also opened my device & also holding power + volume up & spamming volume down.)
All this things failed an the phone stayed black and MiFlash just sayed "cannot receive hello packet".
Now I am curios is the situation lost?
I've also read some articles that geekbuying is giving out fake roms that just show the user that the device is unlocked even if it's not.
Could that be true are there any other possible things I can do or can I get my device repaired for free from geekbuying.
Hope for some answers also if I am already in the mood to buy a new phone.
Greetings kazumamon

Maybe you shouldn’t have flashed iosfirmware at all. Probably isn’t supported on Redmi 4 prime. Try uninstalling it, or booting into twrp and do a full wipe ( system, cache, data) then install RR and Gapps only.

Sorry for that late answer really need to switch my mail.
No I sold my bricked device for 50 bucks and bought a new phone out of frustration.
Hello,
I am new here and hope you will be able to provide me with some help.
Yesterday after crashing my, yoga-book(android) restart and showed me a boot menu with the following option:
*Continue (does nothing)
*select language
*boot manager( no option available after selection)
*Device Manager
*Boot maintenance Manager ( in this, reset system does nothing)
I have explored a little bit the menu and try to change some things but nothing works.
I am currently trying to install new rom from my latptop with the intel tool. however, it seams that I can't see the device from my latptop.
Christmas has already passed, so I can't ask santa for a new tablet.
Has someone managed to solve a similar issue?
Thanks for the help
Did you installed the latest magisk?
No, I have'nt installed Magisk or TWRP.
But I am not sure how could I do that with the devices in that state ( and not even regognized by windows)
I have found this thread with similar problems.
I am trying to use the Platform Tool lite from intel but there is not device listed with the tablet on the boot menu.
I went in many menu and activate some features related to fast boot but it is still unsuccessfull
