Huawei P8 Lite won't boot

I recently dropped my phone in a puddle, which rendered the touchscreen useless... The phone would unlock but nothing would happen when I touched the screen. After waiting a couple of days, the touchscreen actually worked, but the phone was slow. I restarted it to see if it got better, but now it won't boot, it says:
"Rescue Mode
Attention!
Please update system again
Error!
Func NO : 8 (hifi image)
Error NO : 1 (security verify failed!)
Does anyone know if there is a solution to this? I haven't found anything useful online. Thanks in advance.

Download your Firmware from huaweifirmware(.)com. Then you need to extract the file with the HWUpdateExtractor and flash the boot.img and System.img using fastboot (Google it)

From http://huaweifirmware.com/huawei-p8-lite, I downloaded P8LiteC432B604.zip and extracted the four IMG files from UPDATE.APP:

fastboot reboot
But still stuck.
What does "Error NO: 1 (security verify failed)" mean?

Can you boot your phone into recovery mode?
When my phone was blicked,the phone wasn't boot in android(booted into rescue mode),but recovery mode was worked...(hold vol.up+power)

Edit:I don't know about error no.1,but I think it is vm-verify…
and please send fastboot command's result.

You need to download lastest firmware and Huawei Update Extractor!
1. Open Extractor, and get HiFi.img there is that img t I had the same problem!
Download ADB AND FASTBOOT files, because you will need them. (Paste in this map HIFI.IMG)
2. Shift and Right click on mouse, there will be open cdm here, open!
3. Fastboot flash hifi hifi.img
4.fastboot reboot.

P9Lite Brick?

Hi all...
I have P9 Lite. Native firmware was VNS-L31C02B125. I have debranded it to VNS-L31C432B161. All working. Today i try to rebrand my P9 Lite to VNS-L31C02B125. I have rr-inserted c02 (VODAFONE) oeminfo and cutom.bin. I put VNS-L31C02B125 UPDATE.APP in dload dir in sdcard and use 3 button metods. Update start and when arrive to 100% phone rebooted. Now there is black screen only. If i connect phone the pc i can see that it is in fastboot.
fastboot getvar vendorcountry command get me:
vendorcountry: vodafone/ro
dc-phoenix tell me this:
Found Phone : hi6250
Model : Huawei phone in fastboot mode
IMEI : 860**********036
Serial NR. : 4TE***********543
Firmware : VNS-C900B161
I have try to flash system through fast boot with
fastboot flash system C:\Users\***\Desktop\test\SYSTEM.img and other
but phone don't boot.
How i can solve? Please help me.

Your rebranding back to C02 failed...
I think your oeminfo/custom bin was not correct.
If rebranding was ok you must have firmware VNS-C02B161 not VNS-C900B161.

Most likely you flashed wrong oeminfo and custom files.
C900 build number means that.
Do you have access to some recovery (twrp)?

i can't access ti recovery. Now phone is only in fast boot mode... black screen

fastboot mode do not have black screen... it have something on screen...
you are realy in fastboot mode?
phone is recognized by PC?
appears as serial number at fastboot command: devices?
if appear, try to flash a recovery from fastboot to see if works...
if not work maybe bootloader is relocked...

I flash twrp but if i press vol + and power reboot in fastboot blackscreen.

After you flash recovery, with key combination can access Recovery or Emui Recovery?
Btw, that is not Fastboot screen... What i put in attach is Fastboot screen...

I press vol+ and power... reboot but blackscreen. I know phone reboot because phone is recognized by PC

Boot loop at CYANOGEN logo

Hi All,
I have a ZUK phone with boot loop at CYANOGEN logo
- Power on > ZUK logo > CYANOGEN logo > Reboot
- I can reflash stock ROM (as below image) but it still keeps reboot
- I can come to fastboot mode but cannot see the device with fastboot devices command
Anyone have solution for this case?

I follow guide to unlock bootloader and flash recovery
in Developer options
- OEM unlocking: ON
- Update Cyanogen recovery: OFF (not found this option on Chinese ROM)
- Android debugging: ON
# UNLOCK BOOTLOADER
Reboot in fastboot mode
- adb reboot bootloader
- fastboot –i 0x2b4c oem device-info (check if bootloader is unlocked or not- If device unlocked = true that means bootloader is unlocked)
- fastboot –i 0x2b4c oem unlock-go (unlock bootloader)
# FLASH TWRP RECOVERY
fastboot flash recovery twr.img

I tried some 7.x or CM 14 ROMs but it repeat bug that I've met at the begining (boot loop) only CM13 (6.x) works: cm-13.0-20160416-NIGHTLY-ham.zip

Please tell the Steps performed for flashing the 7.x ROM?

Just download ROM and use TWRP to flash

i cant flash recovery TWRP

i unlocked the bootloader by adb
and i try to flash more than 2 recoverys , fastboot always filed

you don't do "fastboot flash recovery", you do "fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk", because of Treble on EMUI 8 modifications.

FRP Lock still exists and i cant flash the recovery

If you haven't fixed it yet here goes
1. First get your bootloader unlock code from huawei
2. Delete every password and Google account from the phone
3. Go into Download mode (fastboot) or bootloader whatever you want to call it
4. Connect your phone to you pc
5. In cmd type "fastboot oem relock [your unlock code]"
(I'm not sure if it's called relock or lock)
6. Your phone will reset and then you should go through the setup without making any password or signing into your Google account
7. Enable developer options and tick oem unlock.
8. Factory reset
9. Enjoy

i have wipe everything withoud SDcard and boot recovery2.img i was so stupid cuz its my first time in huawei
now i cant get into bootloader using Volume- and Power button i dont know why but before that i was , when i'am trying to flash using fastboot and use that command " fastboot flash recovery *RECVOERY.IMG* fastboot command said
remote : command not allowed for every single command
i tried using dload method also but same nothing show up unless RESCUE MODE Attention please update system again please anyhelp
