Just that: has anyone tried one of those 4500mAh replacement batteries on eBay? If so, how is it performing? And how much more weight did it add to the phone?

There is no official cradle for Kaiser. Most probably a lot of shops will start selling brando one, but I would recomed you to stay away from them, wait for HTC. I had some experience with brando cradles, they do fit, but with fiddle...
These guys have several different cradles. Note that they're a wholesaler so you can't buy direct from them -- consider this a preview of coming attractions.

I bought a spare from mobile planet, it's got the metal inside face like the original battery. I would try to get batteries that have this shield as it appears to be part of the Kaiser design. Beware of cheap replacements without this feature.

I am surprised no one has a standalone charger for the spare battery.
i was thinking of buying this off ebay for my tilt, its a cradle with a sperate battery charger, a aftermarket battery and screen protector, its $22 free shipping.
i want second oppinions on buying it because i want to know if anyone bought a aftermarket battery and how the quality was, but in general is this a good deal ?

So I bought an extended battery off ebay that fits but the door doesnt. Does anyone know where I can just buy the door cheap?

has anyone found a hard plastic or silicone cover that might work with an extended battery?
I dropped my phone several times...and several pins in battery door are broken and it is loose!!! I don't know why the quality of the battery door is so low!!! Shame on HTC! do you know where can I buy battery door ?( not original battery door )

Mine also was broken, what i did is put a silicone case to hold it in place.
I would like to replace it if I can find a cheap one, or even original one if I have no option.
