USB device not recognized

Hello. i noticed that my computer(win 8.1) was giving a usb device not recognized error a few days ago. i didn't fix and eagerly updated to android 4.4.3, but forgot to disable freedom and now can't use google play services. i can fix that but the DAMN PHONE STILL ISN'T RECOGNIZABLE BY THE DAMN COMPUTER. i have tried multiple cables and installed win 8 dual boot but still got the same error. i also tried to reinstall drivers. but i think i didnot do it right.
both adb and fastboot are not working. if u could tell me a method to install a custom recovery without root and adb that would sove half my problems but still need help getting the computer to recognized the phone.
Normally this is a problem with charging block of the phone.
You have to root to flash recovery without a computer, towelroot works on 4.4.3. Once rooted you can use goomanager app to flash twrp recovery.
Does the PC making sound of connected I disconnected continually?

I mean USB port it's not working at all neither on download mode.
What can i do?

Nexus 4 5.1.1 LMY48T not recognized by PC at all!

Hello everyone I've got an issue with my Nexus 4 which is why I registered, as I simply don't know what to do anymore.
My Nexus 4 is not recognized via USB at all, there is no connection sound and ist does not appear in the device manager.
It is charging and does show USB charging if I tap the battery icon.
Things I tried:
Uninstall/Install Driver with and without WugFresh Toolkit (USBDeview)
different Pcs (different USB Ports)
different USB cables which all worked with other mobile devices such as Samsung S3/4/5 mini
checking and unchecking MTP,PTP and Usb debugging
fastbootmode
factory reset
replaced the USB flex cable as i figured it would be defect
I tried to root it with some of the apps available bur none of them work with LMY48T.
I think it might be firmware related but because I didn't flash a Custom Recovery the last time I rooted it I have no possibility to flash another rom.
The root access was lost when the last OTA Update arrived which is why I can't install a custom recovery via the clockworkmod Rom Manager.
The Pc I'm working with is running on Win 10 I'm running out of ideas.
Please help me, thank you

Xbox 360 controller doesn't work after Pie update

hello guys,
my problem is obvious..
i was using otg to plug my xbox 360 controller and play when i was on latest oreo.
then after i updated to pie, it seems that it doesn't work anymore, when i plug it in and turn on otg, the controller just keeps switching lights and can't be used.
i tried with other controllers (generic joystick controller) and still same problem..
i also tried a mouse & keyboard nd seemed to work fine so its not a connector issue, tried with different otg cables too,.. everything seems to work except controllers..
im on oos pie 9.0.3 (unlocked bootloader & rooted with latest magisk) + blue_sparks TWRP recovery.
soo please help me guys as i can't afford to buy any Bluetooth controllers (
and thanks!
