Any thoughts of anyone using this chinese android head unit on a Mini Cooper?

I already bought this but im hearing some mixed reviews for this brand even thought theyre from older models

My Android Head Unit Updateable or Not?

Need help guys if my android head unit can be updated or not? If it can be updated, how will I do it and where can I download the needed files?
Also don't know what brand of Android head unit it is.

Identify my unit?

hi i bought my unit erisin and it says android 11. I don't know which model it is as i know these normally be unbranded. I was looking for a update on the firmware but I can't seem to find out which model this unit is. Can anyone help what do i need to look at and where..?
