Do you have enough talktime balance to make calls and send messages?
Using Jio, plan will reupdate on January 21
But now flashed using fastboot mode, & got it worked again.

hii guys i hav seen these type of posts here..n i m facing the same problem..
i cant able to receive or send msg thru my mobile(hp hw6915)
i have checkd my msg centr no,its perfectly alrgt,even i tried to change my sim and used new sim but of no use and all that sims are working in other cells.
even i did hard reset 5-6 times,but it didnt help me out...

is it sms prob or mms?
did you try different sim (from different cellular carrier/company)?
the sim is 2g or 3g?

its sms problems but i send the message not recieve e sms

i sorted out my prob,i reinstalled my radio..!!now its working fi9..

Everything was working fine until a week ago I started having trouble making calls.......
i checked evrything...network is fine......i cn text , receive calls n use internet...but cannot call....
i switched SIM cards too...mine working fine in other device...so thrz no prob wid d SIM card watsoever.....
Cn anyone please tell me wat d problem cn b...n also hw cn i fix it....

I would try a hard reset? what happens when you try making a call?
Plz help me guyz... I got a g2 sprint varient frm market...
I think its already unlocked as my indian sim card is working n im able to receive calls and sms...
Bt here the problem is that i am unable to use mobile data as there is no option for apn in mobile data setting... So any one plz help me for this hw i cn use mobile data on my indian sim... Installing rom or any tweak any help will be appreciated...
N if i install any rom is there any chace that my device again get relocked or unable to use sim card etc... Plz help

In this device , I can not use any voice call, only use the 3G / 4G data service.
This occurred after the exchange of a ROM.
My bootloader and modem is BOK3 version .
Has anyone experienced this or can help ?

i'm in same problem friends, i can make and receive call, after reboot the device. But is so boring. if you find the solution, please share here. :good:

I can't send or recieve MMS in Viper OS 3.0. The settings are fine and the helpline people said that there's no back end issue. CAn someone please help me understand the problem? thanks
Are you running Adblock Plus? I was unable to send or receive MMS when I used ABP. I first thought it was the ROM I was using at the time, but through trial and error (and Google), discovered it was Adblock Plus.
