Butter smooth scrolling. With or without battery saver. The CPU never lags. Good stock governor.
Moto G9 Power despite the 662 Snapdragon seems faster and less laggy that my previous Moto One Fusion Plus ^^
It is very smooth. I have never experienced a high refresh rate panel, so cannot comment on how it compares to those phones, but it is very smooth, no lag.

Super smooth. Never experienced a slowdown or crash even when visualizing highly resource-demanding web-pages. With 1080p resolution I'd expect at least some unresponsiveness but nope. I'm impressed.

Scrolling smoothness is on par with any faster CPU. The SD625 is capable of running Android without lag and beside the added Blackberry apps which are quite useful, it is a predominantly stock Android experience.

Smooth enough for the 60 FPS LTPS IPS display! No scrolling stutters either, if things dont load, they dont but the scrolling isn't affected!

I got the choppy scrolling. Long pressed the power button to reboot. Back to smooth scrolling.
This device is amazing! I'm on stock pie May patch and no root. About to root and unencrypt my device in a few minutes. Absolutely blows away my old Moto g6 play that was on Boost! Grabbed this when I switched back to metro pcs today and I am amazed at the speed and overall power of this device!! Scrolling for me is smooth and better than any phone I've ever owned!!

Solid 144hz Scrolling Speed
I've used the phone for a few days.
The scrolling speed of the phone is amazing as the 144hz paired with a pretty good processor, made the phone feel so smooth.
Just in the settings apps, the scrolling smoothness is amazing. Whatsapp/Telegram/Chrome or the like, its just as smooth.
Switching down the 90hz, its still pretty darn smooth. Switching from 144hz to 90hz, I didnt notice any glaring difference. I feel like the 90hz would be the best of both world in terms of scrolling smoothness and battery life
