flashed it via adb sideload myself (stock recovery is picky about what file system your SD card is).
Can't wait to see what bugs they addressed.....

freaking Visible !
i enrolled the beta, on Visible simcard, it doesnt show any update.
when i put the expired tmobile simcard in, it shows there' a update.

So I'm on AT&T though Wing and previously, did not have WiFi-Calling. Updated to Beta2 via system update and now I have WiFi-Calling enabled / address registered.
I turned on airplane mode, turned WiFi back on and confirmed it worked so those of you rocking unlocked firmware with AT&T, it appears that at least for this second beta, Wifi-Calling is enabled.
Not sure why it wasn't previously. Coincidence?

I can't get rcs working again for tmobile.
Edit. Had to apply settings a couple times and leave it be for a while then reboot. Could be maintenance window activity or something else

Or, do it thru your dialer. keypad UCCD CODE style, are u familiar, wth, I'll throw it up for everyone (ink to paper) for everyone:

Anyone know why I'm getting this error trying to upgrade to beta 2 from latest stable Android 10 version.
Or need to be in beta 1 in order to update to beta 2?View attachment 5129769
I didn't had similar problems when couple days ego upgrade from Android 10 version to beta 1 via adb method.

Or, do it thru your dialer. keypad UCCD CODE style, are u familiar, wth, I'll throw it up (ink to paper) for everyone:
RECEIVE 0TA UPDATES (UCCD Code):
Note: B-4 starting this task, turn off
handset, remove sim-card, reboot
goto settings, about phone
press down on imei, copy(to clipboard)
goto dialer/phone keypad screen
(UCCD Code Dialer-Keypad)
272pasteyourimei
Select Network (Sprint : SPR)
Tap Install, (Next Screen)
Select Type: Sales & Network(both)
Tap OK (exit screen)
Follow S-O-P to receive OTA/Update
After Software Update Completes(msg)
Power Off, Re-Install sim-card, reboot
Your handset will recognize sim-card
notifying you of a necessary restart
(in process, sales/network codes to stock),
Just replace SPR with XAA in my example above. Make sure b-4 beginning remove sim, then after OTA update is completed, and your handset reminds you "no sim card".
Then power down re-insert your sim, power-up and your device will reboot and put your CSC codes back to stock per your sim card.

Checked Samsung Members app before forcing the update zip. It appeared. enrolled and about to download update
XAA N986U1 on TMB sim

Problem had solved by updating first to beta 1 and right away to beta 2.

Ofcourse you need Beta 1. These updates have source and targets defined you wont be able to update unless your device meets the requirements even if you are sideloading.

Sadly 120hz is still locked in, no adaptive

[ROM]6/23/2013StockFACTORY IMAGE FOR N5110; N5110MD1,N5110UEEMF1,UEEMF2 FULL FIRMWARE

These are links to factory images that I have pulled from different sources and have posted here for you guys to use to to restore your tablets to factory out of the box status they all work. Personally tested. If you have any problems its usually a bad download. So just redownload and you should be okay then. I regularly use these files when I experiment and they all work. I will update the thread when new firmwares are released. The latest was released June the 13th and seems to help with the battery drain issues. Im getting 7 hours screen on time now whereas before I was getting maybe 4.
Those files....ALL OF THEM ARE FOR THE N5110 ONLY. N5110 US VERSION ONLY. MEANING THE WIFI VERSION. SO PLEASE PLEASE DONT FLASH THESE TO ANY OTHER DEVICES. I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DESTROYED DEVICES. You have been warned.
You will lose custom recovery and root access when you flash these, remember its putting your tablet back to how it was when you bought it. The easiest way to regain root access is to use mskips toolkit. Its a great tool and works 100 percent of the time. Hes a highly skilled developer and I stand by everything he puts out so check out his thread in original development and download his toolkit. Another benefit of downloading his toolkit is that it contains the ODIN version you will need to flash these files. So check him out. You wont be disappointed.
Good luck and happy flashing!
Below is a small 6 megabyte file update.zip pushed to United States n5110 devices this morning.
Must be flashed completely stock. This brings your firmware to ueemf2.
REMEMBER THIS IS A PATCH OTA FILE I GRABBED FROM MY DEVICE WHEN IT WAS PUSHED OUT TO MY US N5110. Gotta be completely stock to flash.
Change log for ueemf2 is
"Stability improvements“
But there does seem to be faster ui. Tell me what you think. Link below.

You can also use Google Drive
Ok I will try now
Edit I'm going to have to try from my home at 5pm its not working from my phone nor tablet. Google drive is a huge space hog by the way over 1gb application wtf!

Never use Dropbox public links for sharing to masses. They will block these after a certain amount of traffic. Instead use the sharing function, which will lead the user to the dropbox site from where you can download as easy as with public links.
Thank you. Looking forward for your post
Does anyone know how to use Google drive to upload. I keep getting but o see nothing happening. Nothing no progress bar nothing

Just open the browser, and go to Google Drive. Select the file that you want to upload and drop it in the browser. Once it finish to load the file you need to select the file, right click and share it.
Yea but it just hangs at waiting for upload
I know I sound stupid but I've been trying all dn day to get it to upload. Just hangs at waiting to upload. Then sometimes it starts stops and disappears then notification comes up saying I have no more space on my phone which has 8 gb free. This is weird

Newest firmware released and uploaded check OP FOR DOWNLOAD LINKS. hopefully this will help those of you out of a pickle. Remember restoring to factory stock may remove root access and erase data . It will also replace custom recovery with the standard android recovery. So no complaining about lost stuff...
But this will save you if you borked up your nice shiny tablet. Guaranteed.
Yourrrr welcome. Pm me for questions help and concerns. A question not asked is the only stupid question. Oh and " use the search function" replies that are frequently told to new users are not allowed here. Period. Respect all.

Hi! I have just 8 days with my galaxy Note and I have already install civato's rom and that kind of things. So my question is if I can install this firmware to revert all to stock, but my device says: N5110XXBMC9.
So that's what I'm asking!

Probably not. This firmware is for the UNITED STATES version of the galaxy note 8.0. I am not sure if you can or not. You may need to look for a firmware for your country.
Heres a helpful link.
Sammobile.com
Click firmwares fill out the click box forms and it will pull up whatever is available for your country or region. Then youll be able to download the stock firmware for your specific model.

AT&T SGH-I467 OTA Update I467UCAMF2

Hey everyone. I just got an OTA update for my Note 8.0 LTE (AT&T). It's a small update (16.3MB). The new firmware build is I467UCAMF2. This is probably just a bugfix update but OTAs are almost always a good thing.

Update the Software for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 (i467)
Update summary
The latest software package updates the baseband version to I467UCAMF2, and includes improvements to the initial setup process on the device. The update is available for download over a Wi-Fi network connection.
What to expect after the update
Although there should be no impacts to settings or data, we recommend that you back up your media files to an SD card, a PC, or using a favorite application (from the Play Store), prior to upgrading the software. For information on backing up and restoring your phone using Samsung Kies, click here.
How to update
Customers will receive an alert and be prompted to download the update, or have the option to initiate the update manually. When prompted, you can postpone the update up to 3 times, and 4 hours per occurrence. After the update has been postponed for the maximum allowable time, your device will automatically download and install the update.
Note: Before the update can begin, your tablet must be connected to a Wi-Fi network.
To initiate the update manually, go to Settings .
Scroll to the "System" section, and then tap About device > Software update > Check for updates.
Tap OK.
The device will determine if new software is available, and begin downloading the software update. Once complete, the device will restart.
Please wait until your tablet reboots completely, and then tap Done to finish.
How to verify the update
From the home screen, tap Settings .
NOTE: Alternatively, from the home screen, press the Menu key, and then tap Settings.
From the "more" tab, tap About device. The following information will be displayed:
Android version: 4.1.2
Baseband version: I467UCAMF2
Build number: JZO54K.I467UCAMF2

OK so allow me to translate that into English:
"Because we're A, T and f***ing T, we decided to make Samsung replace Google's normal Android setup app with our own called AT&T Ready2Go. The problem is, again because we're A, T and f***ing T, our app sucks. If you have two-step verification enabled on your Google account, you won't be able to sign into your Google account during setup with AT&T Ready2Go. I guess we underestimated how many people actually have it turned on, so oops! Our bad. Here, it's enabled. Happy now?"
I manually updated a couple of hours ago. After playing around with the Note 8 with the update for about an hour I no longer experience the screen stutter/freeze/pause/etc. issue. I hope this in fact is fixed, but so far so good.

Would be nice if someone had the OTA zip, as it is possible a root could be made from it if the right images are included.

A little of both. The bootloader is encrypted and locked on the AT&T model, but also, very few of us on XDA actually have one. Let's be real. People around here thumb their noses at tablets with an LTE connection a lot of times. They just have no hipster cred in the Android geek community. The in crowd just buys a WiFi-only tablet and tethers it to their phone. It's the geekier thing to do, even if it's a pain in the @$$. You can talk about why LTE tablets are useful until you're blue in the face but it falls on deaf ears more often than not.
Unfortunately, I'm not very optimistic that we'll ever see root unless there comes a time where the WiFi-only root method works on the AT&T model.

Is it encrypted? I got this tablet 2nd hand and I may never even put service on it. If I can't root it, I'll probably trade it for a wifi version. I know AT&T and Verizon pushed an OTA to the S4's that prevented root. Luckily I was rooted/rom'ed prior to that. My GN8 doesn't have the latest OTA. I'm still hopeful for root and unlock/simunlock so I can grab a pre-paid card for this tab.

One Beta official US release Live!!

1. Install samsung+ app from play store and register your note 8 device. You should then see a Galaxy Note 8 device in your account or homepage of the app
2. Go to play store again and on the Samsung + app page scroll down to join beta program for the app
3. Update the app to beta version (11.5.0.1)
4. Restart phone or clear app data and open the Samsung + app again. This time the app will look visually different because it's the beta version of the app
5. The banner should appear just on the homepage below the your note8 model info. Register using that link.
6. After about 5 mins or so. Go to settings- software update and check for updates. You should have the one ui beta update pushed to your device. About 1.5 gigs.
No issues with samsung gear, spay, or Netflix. Confirmed that night mode and Dolby are present
Just to add you need to be on unlocked us firmware n950u

In the google play store look for Samsung plus. Scroll down the in the app description and sign up to become a beta tester of the samsung plus app. It will then you give you the option to download the updated version of samsung +. Once down you should have access. That or you can do a search for the apk 11.5.0.1
It's still only giving me the 10.21.2.0 from Sept 2018 to download, anyone else experience this after joining beta?

Are you on the US unlocked firmware?
Signed up for Beta. Have the new looking samsung+ but it's not showing one ui beta. I have installed and re installed samsung+ but not getting beta. What could be the issue?

I had the same issue until I flashed the csc file in Odin (not mome_csc). That's if you flashed the unlocked firmware to try to get the beta. After that I unregistered then re-registered for the beta and the download appeared.

Hello and thank you for this nugget of information. I have a 950U purchased from Samsung and on T-Mobile. To confirm, if I was to reflash CRK1 via Odin, for the CSC field, I would need to select the CSC_OYN_N950UOYN5CRK1 file correct and not the 'HOME_CSC_OYN....' file?
Thank you!
I think its just for the unlock model 950u1 not the 950u
edit: we can flash 950u1 firmware on our 950u done and running last update. also got rid of that annoying tmobile boot screen
I ended up reverting to CRK1 and it shows me the updated version of Samsung+ available now so I suspected this was the issue. Running through the steps now to get the beta installed.

Let me know if you get through. I think they said they had 10,000 spots and that might have been reached.

The banner isn't showing up but I'm going to try using the ota file that someone uploaded, but it's from CRL2 to ZSAB, downloading now.
EDIT: No luck as I suspected since I'd have to be on CRL2 for it to work, I'm just going to do a fresh install of the DRL7 for now.

SM-G975U1 compatible One UI 2 beta update

Does anyone have an ODIN compatible update for the One UI 2 beta that would work for the US factory unlocked S10+ (SM-G975U1)? I saw a T-Mobile only update.zip, but that only works on T-Mobile locked ones.

It appears the aren't releasing it for U1 yet. As long as your csc is part of the OYN multi-csc then you can use U firmware and use the update.zip on here.

Not familiar with the term "OYN multi-csc", however I can and have flashed different carrier ODIN packages onto my US Unlocked S10+. I assume that means mine is apart of the multi-csc. Mine is "VZW/VZW/XAA", a factory unlocked s10+ bought from Samsung's website with a Verizon SIM in it.

VZW is part of it. It should work just fine then. Just make a Smart Switch backup first

If I'm currently on G975U1ES2BSIE, I assume I can't just flash that update.zip file because it says you must be coming from BSI4. Is it safe to ODIN flash the BSI4 version and then recovery flash the update.zip? Also, in a screenshot on the update.zip thread, it said the source version was G975USQS2BSI4, yet the firmware I have been using has always started with G975U1..., so can I even use the update.zip at all?

You would have to flash BSI4 U firmware via odin first then update zip after full boot. U1 beta has been delayed now untill who knows when. So basically we're stuck with bloat if we want the beta until further notice.

Thank you for reminding me about the bloat from U firmware.... ewww.... Will definitely hold out until more information about the U1 beta comes out, especially considering that someone will likely release the update.zip for it, rendering their limited beta unlimited.
I'm curious about this as well. Didn't the release the u1 beta yesterday? If so does anyone have the update.zip we could apply locally?

I'm on BSIC (thought that was the latest U1 version)
I was on BSIE and had to downgrade to BSIC in order to take the beta update. Even though I registered, wasn't sending it and as soon as I downgraded back to BSIC the beta update came through.

Hmm so I'm not able to grab it while on BSIC; any chance you have the update.zip file
I have the U1 (512 unlocked Snapdragon). I flashed the T-Mobile U image (downloaded using Frija, then flashed with Odin), and then saved the ota zip to an SD card and flashed that update via recovery. Haven't had any issues, yet. While I'm not a fan of the T-Mobile boot screen and default ringtone, the only bloat I've identified is the Name ID, T-Mobile, and Visual Voicemail apps, which all appear to be uninstallable. It also added the video call function to my dialer, which I'll probably never use but it's neat that it exists...
I say all that because you could just install the T-Mo firmware to your VZW phone and get away with a updating to the beta and uninstalling the bloatware, if you're ok with having the T-Mobile boot screen (ideally, you won't see it much anyways).
Just a thought.

Let me get home tonight and I'll extract it
The U1 version of the oneui 2.0 beta was released yesterday and apparently still being released for many users hopefully someone has the logics to make the update zip out of it and pass it along. Not everyone wants to go through completely wiping their phone and swapping unlocked firmware for a carrier one just to test the beta.

That's not how it works. You won't have tmobile bloat. The firmwares now are all inclusive so it will install bloat depending on your installed sim card. Example, I installed it on my AT&T S10+ and got AT&T bloat. If you install on your tmobile S10, you'll have tmobile bloat.

Assuming that's the case, why not just do the entire install and setup without a SIM, then plug the SIM in after it's complete?
I used that trick on the VZW Pixel and Pixel 2 and was able to avoid them force-locking the bootloader.

Between here and Reddit it's been asked several times if that works and there hasn't been a real answer yet. Yes though, that is the case. It's been that way since one of the major updates on the S8 firmware back when it was still a flagship. The bloat and carrier files it installs are carrier dependent. That's why the total download size of firmware went way up.

Im thinking thats why I wasn't ever able to join the beta. Downloading BSIC now and hopefully installing that will make it possible to officially join the U1 beta. After going back to U firmware i remember all the things that made me switch back to U1 last time lol.

Why are there separate S10+ firmware downloads for AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon which have different Home_CSC partitions if the Samsung firmware works like you say? Shouldn't all the Samsung S10+ firmware be U1 (the firmware that comes installed on the carrier free version of the S10+) if the carrier bloat is installed via the inserted SIM?

Anyone have SM-G975U1 beta ota.zip?

I was one of the ones that ended up with a bug that wasn't allowing me to register for the beta. I was wondering if anyone was able to save the ota so that others can update to it.
Or the U1 for S10. Thanks
Waiting for one as well but I'm afraid nobody is going to make them...
Seems Nobody wants to put Beta up for us to download for S10!!!!!

The SM-G9751U1 with CSC XAA doesn't have BSIC, but BSIA,. Does it mean that I should use another CSC in order to get the BSIC, thus, being able to apply the update.zip?

Xag and xaa are the same don't sweat it just be aware how you downgrade and make sure to check the md5 on those files for integrity. Remember if your not a official beta member your most likely not to receive any updates and you may have to hope you can flash back to pie without a hitch.

Do you happen to know where we can see these update files ourselves? I mean, Max has 2 twitters, right? The hidden one and the public one. I can't seem to find any location where I can download these updates, or from somebody who will give us update zip files.

I meant to ask, where should I look for future update zip files for the U1 model of the phone. This is the first beta update.zip file. We'll get a second one very soon and I don't know where to look for one because I don't want to be stuck on the first beta.
On my old S9 it was fairly easy. It was the international version, finding zip files was as easy as opening XDA. For the U1 version... oh boy I gotta search everywhere literally.
