Does anyone know if it still isnt possible to pass SafetyNet with EdXposed installed?
I want to install Gravitybox which to my knowledge only works with EdXposed.
Anyone successfully passed Safetynet while having xposed installed?

Does it even work on 11 yet?
I did have it installed on 10 but can't remember if it passed..sorry man.
Try it if you're on 10 it's easy enough..
Think I've made a guide somewhere.
Yes it works on a11, make sure app list mode is on, and pass safetynet option is ticked, should be all good then

Can you maybe provide some steps on how you did?
And is the safety net really passed or is it just overwritten as passed in Magisk?

So I know you cannot add cards to AP with root or Xposed, however has anyone test whether you can use AP with Xposed after you have the cards added? Meaning will it work at the registers?
I currently have the Systemless Root installed and only a few small root apps that I needed, however I'd like to install Xposed and the GEL app so I can edit the Google Play Launcher some. Will this affect my AP?
Yes, Xposed modifies the system partition
I know that, however some have said that they can use AP with traditional root if they add the cards before rooting. Wondered if xposed was the same

Android Pay has been patched.
"No System Check" module used to work.
It doesn't anymore.
SO there is no solution for Xposed that will allow AP to work.
I've been through all the different variations.
Systemless root works fine with AP.
The Xposed developer is working on Systemless Xposed.

I'm super stoked to hear this... did a search though and can't find anything. Where did you see this. Would love to read up and follow progress. Systemless Xposed would be super awesome!

Only on rooted models. Xposed nosafevolunewarning or gravitybox for example, or whole custom rom with fix.
S7E powered by Echoe™ v5
We need a better answer than this. Rooting isnt an option for everyone, and from what ive seen, might not be possible with this phone without causing major issues.
What do you mean "We need a better answer"?!?
This is the only way to disable the warning, you have to root!!! If you cannot or do not want to root then you have to live with the warning!
+1 rooting + something like xposed (for instance) is the only way.
I have xposed installed and nosafevolumewarning doesn't work for me...

Hello everyone, next week we will have Android Pay running in Russia, so I would like to know if anyone managed to make it work on a rooted s8? I flashed custom Renovate rom and have Magisk. Would be grateful if someone can give an instuction on how to make android pay work.
There is a option in Magisk Manager called MagiskHide. You can use it to hide root and modified boot.img from specific apps. But I don't know which application SafetyNet detects.
Thanks, will try when Android Pay starts working in my country.

But simply activating MagiskHide won't hide modifications from SafetyNet. You have to choose application from the list MagiskHide requires so that MagiskHide can hide your Magisk modifications from that application.
I actually don't know, which app you must hide Magisk from.
i can have android pay , pokemon go worked at my rooted S8 with magiskhide .

You are able to use it. But you need superstock kernel to do that. But Sammy will fix it propably.
Is there any way to fake that system has encryption turned on? I do not want to encrypt my phone but my local bank app need encryption in order to use finger print login.
Is there way to fake encryption to that app?
So, did you got any solution
For the future use this.. I found this and do not vouch for it.

Did you flash this? did it work? Or have you found another solution?
Edit: Never mind. I risked it and flashed it. For anyone else wondering it worked perfectly for me. My device is a Galaxy S10 running android 9.
I searched for this exact zip file on google and found the telegram channel. I downloaded from there. Now I can use apps that require encryption without actually having to encrypt my phone.

I still haven't rooted my phone and installed a custom rom and it's been awhile since I've done that, being I came from OnePlus one.
If I root my phone will Google pay not work at terminals?

Magisk takes care of that. You should be okay with rooted and stock.
This is my first time using Magisk & systemless root. If I were to make system r/w, does that automatically cause SafetyNet to fail, making Google Pay unusable?

No.
If you are using Magisk SafetyNet should pass.
I'm just using a custom kernel and safety net passes. No Magisk only ElementalX
Google pay works for me with Magisk hide, safetynet passes.
If you unlock bootloader you must install Magisk to have Google pay and other payment apps working.
It's not only linked to root or not root, ASA your BL is unlocked your device doesn't meet the safety data integrity criteria for payment.

Works good for me and I'm not even using magisk hide. Do you happen to have any modules that may interfere with safetynet not passing?

Have you went to a terminal and paid for something with it? Because from past experiences even if it said it passed payments wouldn't work at terminals

I rooted my 6T and have Magisk 17.3 on it. I used Magisk Hide on every App without the root Apps. Safety Net passes and Google Pay worked for me. Yesterday I used it for the first time in an Wasgau-Market in Germany and I was able to pay with it. Had a really funny look from the people behind me in line the Moment I hold my phone at the Terminal. Also the cashier said that she is wondering if it works. Was awasome!
