Hi,
As subject, my Mi9t touch screen doesn't work, it's all black, after replace the two flexs the issue still there.
The device is work, I can fill the touch sensor vibration, sound if connect the charge cable, etc.
After check with a read glasses I found one missing component, may be pop-up when I remove the flex.
I can't identify what is this component, anyone knows what's it? Maybe I can fix it... ?
Any help please.?

The screen still works and is responsive to the touch but obviously there are lines all over it. Which part do I need to replace?

Hi Biggie,
you need only a new LCD-Modul (60H00300). It´s easy...
Here you find Instuctions: http://mperlitsch.hintergrundbild.com/htc_hd2.htm#Glas
Good Luck,
Michael
P.S. A Shoot into the blue Sky: Is it possible, that you Kill your Display, because you screw the Backcover Holder-Screw to Deep inside your HD2 ? The LCD-Crack is exact on that Position and that (4 Screws) Backcover-Screws are often a Major Problem. When you screw this 4 Bastards to hard, you can "crack your LCD "from behind" easy & fast...?!?!
Anyone knows how people call this problem because I know it is not called "granulated screen" and if it have a solution?

Hi, yesterday I had an accident. My phone dropped to concrete floor. I have QW case. Display is not cracked but there are some color lines. I could fix that with light slam but now it is totally KO. When i turn ON display there are some blue lines but after few seconds there is more and more white color. Is there any chance that I could fix that without switching display? Thanks.

Honestly, it is probably done for. Before you throw in the towel, you can try opening up the back and unplugging and replugging in the connections from the screen to the boards. Watch a disassembly/reassembly video on YouTube first!

Good Luck!!!
Same here, unplug & replug connection 'll solve this problem ?
Its probably the connectors. Do check them as an user already suggested.
If the problem still persists, you need to replace it.
BTW may i ask what ROM are you using?
I´m using RR 6.0.1 MM
Hey i tried to repair my display but my new display stays black after turning the phone on. Now here is the display adapter. Is it possible that it is broken? Looks like one pin is missing. it's only getting a bit lighting up when turning on/off the phone##

Hello,
After replace the battery of Mi 9T I noticed that the flashlight (torch) is blue. I checked the board and there's no anything out of the place, at least I believe it.
Is there anything that I can do? Does anyone have any tips?
Regards,
Tiago.
Does it have yellow (phosphor) material? Any photos?

I didn't notice this phosphor. I also checked the settings to change the color.

Dear yaro666,
I think you solved the riddle, there's no yellow phosphor materil on it. I compared to another boards on internet.
Do you know where I can find this material or something I can use to replace it?
You can buy smd led or led bulb and try to replace just that, but honestly I never tried.
Led is cheap, so worth a try.
