I HAVE UPDATED MY ONEPLUS 8 PRO TO OXYGEN OS 11 STABLE UPDATE ; BUT MY POWER MENU SHOWS BLANK WITH NO PAYMENT OPTIONS AND TASKS...HOW TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.... SCREENSHOT ATTACHED...
No need to use capitals.
There is no screen shot attached.
You've provided about 10% of the information required to give any help to you.
What model phone do you have? Global / EU?
Are you rooted?
Any mods?
did you set up gpay with a card
power menu
To give my supplement to the OP: the power menu shows only 3 picto's on top: recovery, bootloader and emergency. And the 3 dots with lockdown, on/of and screenshot as options.
I've OOS 11.ini11BA, model IN2023
Is this normal? Android 11 should have more options to show on the powermenu.

Do you use any debloat things? Maybe it's because you don't have that app installed?
Under the 3 buttons I see some elements from Google Home, to adjust my room temperatures.

Have you enabled those options? Buttons & gestures / press and hold power button / power menu, press the words "power menu" and those options are in the sub menu.

Is there a mod for the power menu, I dont want to flash an entire rom, just a power menu to enable restart options.
A quick search leads me to believe that at this time yoou're only gonna get that feature by flashing a rom. Why not try out AOKP or a mostly stock looking/functioning one?
Edit: check the "MoDaCo custom ROM." apparently its a stock rom with advanced power menu you toggle menu features

Hey,
A friend of mine has a S3 and when he holds the power button to get the options he has a ''reboot'' button there.
Is it possible that I can also add this? Trough a small rom? I am rooted.

Yes but sometimes it stop working
With 2.0.2 I can see all open apps by pressing square button. But I have to close 1 by 1. With 2.0 and 2.0.1 I could close all in 1 time by pressing cross button... Any solutions because with 4 gb ram the phone keeps a lot of open apps in memory.
But isn't that the point, keep apps in ram so it helps performance, drop them when more ram is needed. I would have the ram full all the time as long as it performs perfectly.

1. Power down the OnePlus
2. Hold the power down button until Android starts to boot up
3. As soon as Android starts booting up let go of the power button
4. Then immediately start holding both the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons
5. Continue holding both Volume buttons until it boots into the OS
Once it fully boots up just reboot the phone as normal. No need to do anything else.
It worked thanks a lot!
Nice one.
Didn't work for me
I rebooted into Safe Mode but the close all recent app option still doesn't appear. I have the Google app uninstalled, do I need to install it for this option to show up?
Yeah I would try that
no luck yet
Installed Google app, restarted in Safe Mode and still no close recent apps option.

I have already booted in Safe Mode and rebooted the device. Still doesn't work.
Maybe try and reflash the OS and see if that fixes it.
Hi -
searched in vain for an answer to this, but how do you clear the cache partition on a turbo 2 running android 7.0 nougat? The instructions for Android 6.0 are all I can find and they don't work. They did work when my phone was on 6.0, but something has changed in the procedure.
TIA
jp
Procedure is the same to get to the recovery menu as it was on MM. It can be tricky to get the timing right.

There seems to be one difference:
Android Version 6.0 (Marshmallow) Steps
Power off the device and unplug it.
Press and hold the Volume Down button. While still holding Volume Down button, press and release the Power button.
Press and release the Volume Down button until you reach Recovery Mode.
Press and release the Power button to select Recovery Mode. The device will restart. An image of an Android robot with a red exclamation mark will appear.
Press and hold the Power button, press the Volume Up button once and then release the Power button.
Edit: ^^^^ this last step didn't work for me, I had to press Volume Down button to get the next sreen to show up
Use the Volume buttons to scroll to Wipe Cache Partition and press the Power button to select it. If an additional confirmation screen appears, use the Volume buttons to scroll to Yes and the Power button to select it.
Once the cache wipe has completed, press the Power button to select Reboot System Now.

Nothing changed. I'm on most and this still works
Using Volume Up worked for me for my Droid Turbo 2.
