For some reason, my cameos on Snapchat is like this after updating to A11.
Anyone have any idea how to fix?
Tried reinstalling, beta and stable. No fix as of yet.

I have a Note 20 Ultra and can't even get cameos. Tried contacting Snapchat support but they are useless

After flashing the new 7.1 RC of CM, I get no video from YouTube-- only audio... And from the camera, "Unable to connect." Any ideas or anyone else experiencing this?

I got the same issues on an unrooted and stock mytouch 4g. Honestly I think the problem is compatibility issues with the app itself but I could be wrong. For the mean time, just downgrade your youtube app and it should work just fine.

Everything works for me post CM7.1rc1, including Google Talk Video Chat.
Fixing permissions did no justice, but its weird because I was running an old nightly and everything worked fine... I can try downgrading YouTube, but what about the camera? I would hate to have to wipe, so if we can't figure this out, then I'm going to have to revert to my backup.
and now that I think about it, the only reason I ran a nightly was because the RC of 7.0.3 or so was causing the same issues...
Running CM "bare," aka without faux's kernel seems to work. But the battery life is horrendous to what it could be :-\

On Snapchat, I noticed that all the recorded videos, with both cameras, are extremely laggy. I have this issue from the 9.25.0.0 version to the latest 9.26.1.0. I reverted back to 9.24.0.0 so no anymore problem, but it's a bit annoying because I don't have the latest version. I noticed aswell the mic a bit noisier than before (such a typical MM problem while recording on every camera app)
Tried to fix it with the AwesomePlayer trick, but nothing. Also wiped the cache and it didn't solve the problem.
Tested it on CM12.1, CM13 and 6.0.1 stock.
Has anyone faced this problem?
I got the same issue since I updated to 9.25. I got a month emailing to support team with no answer

If you have root then try changing the model number from build.prop :good:

Anyone else having snapchat issues? Seems to be extremely slow when logging in and then crashes when it gets to the camera.
Just checked it on china version on 17S shop rom, and it seems ok. Only took a picture on it though, I'm not a Snapchat user.
Could someone check with the US version? Or confirm that it's working for them. Maybe I need a factory reset. Not only is snapchat extremely laggy, but the OS becomes unusable anytime I start snapchat. I have to restart the phone to stop the lag.

Hey since i updated to N the YouTube App does not play the videos fully to its end. Am i the only one Facing this Bug?
What i have done so far. Updated through Ota to N. Factory resetted the Phone and cleared cache etc. But im still Facing the bug/issue. I have the exynos Variant.
Im out of ideas

so what happen? just stop loading? or crash?
and have you tried watch youtube in a browser?
im on dbt firmware N and its like randomly Cutting of the last seconds maybe 5to10s in evry video o Watch its only the app Browsers (Chrome and sammys) are fine
Both mine and my wife's 6t are behaving weird. When we are watching Netflix, Youtube or any other apps, after a while, some random stop / resume happens, like if there is a bug with the touch screen....
I did some research and some say it's PIP, other because battery optimization...I tried all, even factory reset....
Does someone has the same issue or discovered how to fix this?

Try it with deep optimization off in battery optimization settings in the three dots menu.
Make sure your screen protector doesn't do some jedi mind tricks?

Honestly, I thought about this...if nothing else helps I will peel that off and check if the issue disappears.
I had this happen when I was on oos as well, YouTube would just randomly pause all by itself. I also do not use a screen protector so that is not a problem, after switching to a custom aosp rom it no longer happens leading me to believe it's an oos bug while playing video ( only ever happened to me while watching videos never playing music).
If someone is facing the same problem, I think I figured it out. It had to do with an app that had permissions to be an administrator under the security menu.
Once I disable it the issue stopped.
Similar thing happening to me too, except youtube, google maps minimise to PiP randomly. Disabled PiP for both apps and it works fine now, although its annoying that i've lost that functionality.

I have 2 apps that have admin privileges, both of which need them to work. It's definitely a bug in OOS recently as when I bought the phone I didn't have issues with this.
