On the Hungarian ZTE Blade Version had got an update in third week of december.
With this update can now the Blade reach twice more memory (512 RAM).
In this package i have found an intresting, which name is partition.mbn (and partition_zte.mbn) file it is maybe an partitioning table(?).
If this partiton table changed, then maybe we can reach more ROM for the APPs, because with ROOTEXPLORER in system is 80 MB free memory. I think there is enough 30 MB, then we win 50 more ROM for installing APK's.
If anybody knows how to possible editing this file. Please tell me this info.

I have a custom HBOOT on my desire which works better than above because you never need to flash anything else.
May well be possible, it's partition_zte.mbn that needs altering though. PSAS can display the layout based on this file so it should be a fairly simple job of hex editing then applying through the hungarian update.

I followed threads relating to re-partitioning (and enabling fastboot in gen2) of zte blade which are present at modaco.com. But they need PC to do the job (with the OSF flasher). I would really appreciate if there is a way to do this from the phone itself, similar to TPT flashing.
Is there any way to load a ROM into the root directory after you try and install it from an external sdcard1? Can I use odin3? If so how can I do this? Or is there any way to see the files or place the zip file onto the internal SDCard?
I can get into PhilZ touch 6 Build version 6.19.3 - Note 3 (cm_hlte)

I tried to update HYPERDRIVE ROM with >>> newer Hyperdrive+RLS7.1+KK+NF9 ROM.
It stopped at: ASSERT FAILED: Package_Extract_file ("hyperdrive/kernels/4.4/colnelx/boot.img" "tmp/boot.img")
Now when reboot it just stays on black "samsung note 3" logo screen and does nothing.
I notice that if I try and reinstall the ROM and I go to system information and pull up the device/partition information it reads as follows:
System Size :2418 MB
Free :2152 MB
Data Size :26213 MB
Free :26085 MB
(/mnt/sdcard) : -1 MB
Free : -1 MB
SDCard Size : -1 MB
Free : -1 MB
SD-EXT : -1 MB

I know it was a stupid thing I did not remembering to place the .ZIP file in the root directory.... Is there anything anyone can suggest I do (besides pull my head out of my arse - lol)? Did I brick my societal life line?

Kinda messy explanation. Be short and clear.
Why don't you start over again? Like flash twrp, rom etc. Or odin to stock lollipop and try again...

I would like to start over but not sure how and where to locate these files. Can you recommend a good link to the stock lollipop or even a link to how to use odin3? I have been trying to find information and or downloads but get lost with ads and links to nowhere. Guess I'm upset with myself over my phone and a little anxious. Odin3? You mean the PC Odin software right? If yes then you can flash any ROM you want with it, given your phone successfully goes to Download mode and Odin detects it.
Again, I apologize for my lack of clarity. My phone goes into download if I hold the volume down button. My phone goes into recovery if I hold volume up button. I realize I can do anything if my phone goes into recovery its just that my lack of knowledge about the anything I can do is I think what is messing me up. What I mean is and yes I am talking about Odin3 PC software. I think my problem is I am trying to run it on Windows 8 and it is not properly reading my phone. Also I would like to go to the link you provided and get the software but my problem is getting it on my phone. Do I use the Odin3 program to load it to the phone? How do you load a ZIP file with Odin3? Or do I need to push it to the phone with adb? I appreciate your help very much!

Hi everyone, I just got a Z30 link and I would like to start messing with it.
Firstly put some nice watchfaces lets say.
But there is nowhere to find anyone with information about it.
I tried some software you suggest here, Maui META recognizes it, but cannot take backup and flash tool needs extra settings file??

I received this watch as well. The OS seems very limited, as compared to reviews I see for the eg DZ09. The notifications don't pull down, the icons can't be arranged, and if you try to reply to an SMS from the notification the keyboard does not appear. I've successfully performed a readback and created a backup using the readback extractor by Golem_ but I can't get any other firmware to work (boot sound but then nothing on the screen)
I would love to be able to load a different rom to get the full functioning OS, it seems odd to be stripped down like it is considering it appears to have the full 128Mb NOR Flash and the newer MTK6260A CPU.

Yes I tried but none of the watchfaces were in the resource dump of the ROM.

First find out which chip it's based on. Nordic/MediaTek/some others are very different.

For thoes who had no responce from smartwatch after unsucsesfull update, do this:
1. Download FunDo form appstore.
2. Locate installed folder - storage/emulated/0/fundo or just search for folder
3. Locate fundo.zip
4. Download nRF Conenct
5. Launch and connect to watch
6. At the top where it says disconnect there is icon, click it, select zip.
7. Select fundo.zip, let it upload

Ive been combing forum posts and links for days now trying to figure out what version of the dz09 I have. I've tried every scatter file and rom I could get my hands on and everything gives me a "s_brom_download_epp_fail (2036)" error. FlashTool wont let me do a memory test and I'm not quite sure how to do a backup at least i dont think i can do one without a valid scatter file.
Scatter_for_16_32_64_128MB_MT62xx_by_dfgigger_for_4PDA (scatter_for_backup&format_created_by_dfgigger) wich appears to be a universal scatter file didnt work for me either. I'm stumped.
