Yes, it is Qualcomm Product Support Tool
I had the same problem in DP4, and already have asked on the OP forum but couldn't get any useful answers about this. It seems OnePlus devs have disabled it since it had previously made for the root accessibility, such as backdoors, without rooting. Maybe we should unlock bootloaders and root the device starting Android 11.
On DP4, I did rooted the UE first, then change properties (as root):
setprop persist.sys.usb.config diag,diag_mdm,qdss,qdss_mdm,serial_cdev,dpl,rmnet,adb
setprop sys.usb.config diag,diag_mdm,qdss,qdss_mdm,serial_cdev,dpl,rmnet,adb
Hello, of course I have the same issue with Oneplus 8T, was anyone able to solve the problem ?
Yeah I got it too work
While using the eningeer mode apk enable the engineering mode toggle instead of the dnis diag switch and then install the driver for our device using device manager.

Do you have an idea how to make 8 Pro / 8T appear in the QPST PDC tool to enable VOLTE?
Hi. Yes no OnePlus 8 under Oos 11 is recognized in PDC. Similarly it seems that the latest Oos 10 versions bring the same problem. I did not find any solution.

try these things, this is just an quote of what I have found,
USB cable is not broken? Are you connected?
· Do you have installed the driver?
· DLL or thing that is compatible with the tot you are using?
· Flash Tool Are you running with administrator privileges? (You can run as an administrator by right-clicking)
Do you put in · Download Mode? You may have already confirmed, but please try to check the above points.
Somebody with the same problem as you said that he fixed it with replacing his usb cable.

I double checked all of that, I re-downloaded all the files to make sure that the files are not broken or something, I run everything as admin but still no result, same problem .. it says "model information check fail".
Hmm even with another cable it fails but you can still boot normally into the android os right? Sorry if I am also giving some reactions a bit later but your problem only have a couple people with lots of time no reply or good answer. I am now busy with studying for 3 tests next week so when I am done then I will search more for you alright?

I mean you can type the command in the shell.
have you ever used adb?
Or do you familiar with linux?
Use adb on your pc, or install any ssh client on the phone(like connectbot), connect to your phone, and then run the command I mentioned.

also, if you successfully blocked nfc, DO NOT USE ULTRA STAMINA MODE(normal stamina ok)
Or you will have to wipe and flash the rom again.
Also fyi, play memories mobile fc on my phone(which is a docomo z3c with blocked nfc), i guess it's caused by blocked nfc.
Just in case you use sony mirrorless cameras.

no,at least usual apps will not cause the issue, I guess
Ultra Stamina Mode will restart your phone, when you come to launcher again, it will disable something like nfc.
If you blocked nfc by adb, it will bugged when you come to the launcher, and it will restart your phone, but your phone is still in Ultra Stamina Mode, so it will try disable nfc again, reboot again and so on..

I saw your screenshots, your NFC seems to still be running and keeping device awake for 7+ hrs.
You mobile signal seems shifting from H to 3G as well, wonder if that has something to do with it.
Anyway, I will observe mine tonight and join your new thread tomorrow with my results.

How can I root my flashed Sony Xperia XZ Premium ?
Hello everybody,
As you can see in the title I am searching to know how i can root my Sony Xperia XZ Premium G8141 47.1.A.12.34, that I have flashed thanks to this thread : https://forum.xda-developers.com/xz...shtool-0-9-t3736217/post75276892#post75276892
After Flashing the photo camera doesn't take pictures anymore (take green photos but video works) but I know that this is a DRM problem. I find a tutorial on XDAdevelopers that tell you how to root and fix the DRM on a Sony Xperia XZ Premium : https://forum.xda-developers.com/xz...hack-mod-sony-xperia-xz-premium-twrp-t3695171
I Checked first if my Sony was compatible with this tutorial, read everything before doing stupid things and all seams to be ok. I downloaded the XperiFix, installed it and put my device on fast boot mode before I launched the program. But after the rooting process, when my device was rebooted, the camera problem was still present and my device wasn't rooted too.
So I want to know if anyone have the same problem or know how to fix that or have an alternative solution. Is it the flash tool that I used that isn't compatible with the Xperifix software or something else ?

https://forum.xda-developers.com/xz...hack-mod-sony-xperia-xz-premium-twrp-t3695171
this should fix it.
however, its just a fix, you do not get back to locked and unrooted, you will have to stay rooted for the fix to work, so you will maintain root and a working camera
