Original Redmi Note 2 Roms

Hey everyone everyone on XDA has been great to me so thought I would give something back
I know MIUIs servers have been tragic lately so I have a mirror of the Dev MIUI 7 Rom and The Stable MIUI 6 Rom for the Redmi Note 2 both are completely unedited or modified and are the full Rom versions.

To Install just download and use the MIUI updater app or you can use TWRP which ever you prefer. Any Issues let me know.

If I flash V6.7.5.0.LHMCNCH version, than I haven't got a 3G or 4G signal in hungary.

you can add "o" at the beginning of the download link to get a much faster download speed
for example the original link is http://bigota.d.miui.com/V6.7.5.0.LHMCNCH/miui_HMNote2_V6.7.5.0.LHMCNCH_7b45a9a562_5.0.zip
then the faster link will be http://obigota.d.miui.com/V6.7.5.0.LHMCNCH/miui_HMNote2_V6.7.5.0.LHMCNCH_7b45a9a562_5.0.zip
(add the letter 'o' before 'bigota')

Not sure why, my TWRP 2.8.6.0 could not update any zip. it says unable to mount

I'm trying to get the Miui6 stable version but Miui download site for Note2 always giving a 404 error. After flashing this version, I can download the latest version via the phone updater to V6.7.10.0.LHMCNCH

Does this ROM include English, or is it only Chinese?

First install flashify.apk from this link:

Next you install twrp recovery for future use from flashify and than you can intall fresh weekly ROM from http://xiaomi.eu/community/forums/mui-weekly-rom-releases.103/

Miui 7 supports 4g lte. The phone supports 4g lte, but not all bands.

I think nobody here want´s it. Because it is based oin OLD Android 6 and every guy here (inkluded me) want´s to have a Android 7.1.2 but better Android 8.1.
Xiaomi is making a nice Rom but this late Android.... näääääää stay by 8.1 and enjoy this.

xiaomi not given any update on Redmi Note 3. They focus only upcoming model. that is real face on cheap company & good company. The same configure mobile give Android 8.1 and LTE_CA future other good brand company . xiaomi still beta on android 6.1

Bootloader locked?
After flashing the zip thru ZCX recovery, phone booted without problems. but system shows bootloader is locked (in locked status).anyone facing same problem?

Worst battery backup... Local backupups not working...useless waiting... Wasted time... Back to custom roms

I have updated my Redmi Note 3 to MIUI 9.2.4. I managed to install SuperSU (SR3-SuperSU-v2.82-SR3-20170813133244) but I am unable to find correct Xposed framework. I tried Xposed-v87-sdk23-arm64-MIUI-edition-by-SolarWarez-20161126, but it causes bootloops.
Please help!

I am not the creator of the rom i am just sharing the rom Here on xda for other user's to get a taste of oreo
Its pre beta so some function dosent work including NFC, sound, camera, fingerprint is what I immediately noticed.
Flash through twrp 3.2.
After the flashing the rom mount the system and delete the uncrypt file in the path / system / bin /.
Then copy the file wlan.ko which you should have ready on the SD card on the path / system / lib / modules / and reboot.

Edit: found it, although there are warning of bricking the device.. i'll wait for some more reviews

The Chinese have a private qq group where they might have already fixed all the issues with the 8.0 ROM . The dev does not want to share with the rest idk why . I've been using this ROM as my daily driver for about a week now........ Surprisingly I prefer this ROM over the 7.1 mokee stable version audio is not a big problem for me as I use Bluetooth and for camera I just reboot! Using dualboot....

H2os oreo leave a lot to desire like sd card support & like u mentioned camera and sound but no doubt the performance, buttery smooth UI and battery backup is very good in this rom.

Wondering if you got any stable Oreo/Pie rom for Z11.. read somewhere that there is a new miui rom called miui 7 too for our device has been developed.

My bad, I meant Nougat based MIUI and I found that one on the suggested page though I flashed nitrogen os 7.1.1 first..
Performance and battery backup is good but there are bugs like lag in video playing and no audio systemwide.

Can someone post screenshots?

Tried to install it. It's laggy, Google play is unusable, as I can't download any apps as u can see in the screenshot below, portrait mode in front camera does not work, but it's normal, because this is port in early build. MIUI 11 is looking really nice and beautiful, so much better than MIUI 10. Thumbs up for the developer, keep the good work man!

For me, I have chosen to stay with MIUI 9 since last year because the MIUI 10 broke the Google Camera. I have never updated since then.
