Bluetooth audio Volume drops with OneUI 2.5 - Samsung Galaxy S20 / S20+ / S20 Ultra Guides, News

Has somebody discovered the same? I'm listening via Bluetooth in my car, boombox whatever and during the first song after a restart the volume drops I would say to 60-70% and so is the max volume only 70% ....
Restart fixes the problem for the first half of a song...

Helped me a lot. Thx. S20+ exynos 5G

Did media volume limit somehow get turned on?
Settings --> Sounds and Vibration --> Volume --> 3 dots upper right corner , media volume limit

[Q] Bluetooth volume will change on its own when selecting another song?

So I have my nexus 7 installed in my car and its send audio via Bluetooth to my amp.. now what happens is my Bluetooth volume will change on its own when selecting another song via power amp or another player.. say if I have the volume maxed on my nexus 7 and change to the next song the volume will go down sometimes to about 75% then it happens the other way I will go to turn down the volume when its already low it will jump back up to 75% again on its own when turning the volume down.. is there anyway to fix this..?

Get full volume on Global version of Axon 7.

Hi, I noticed the other day a way to get duplicated the volume in a AXO 7, I have a global version (europe). Here is what I do:
First, I only manage to do it with Poweramp alpha. You need to have any headphone with remote plugged, ensure the hi-fi mode is on, set volume at 30 or 40%, then play from Poweramp, volume will be low, pause with the headphone remote, and play again with the headphone remote, and the volume literally double.
It might be a glitch, but for some reason when you pause and unpause with the remote of the headphones, the volume increase a lot, first time I almost damaged my ears, as the volume was already set to 80%, I needed to reduced it to 40%.... I tried this already with a Sony mdr-1a and RHA-750, with both happened the same.
Hope it helps.

Very loud call volume

I'm having problems with call volume. It's very loud. Everytime I try to turn it down with volume buttons I see "bluetooth" volume bar and it doesn't chane anything. To access normal (built-in speaker) volume settings I have to switch loudspeaker on and then switch it off. Then icon changes from bluetooth to normal speaker and I can change call volume but it's still to loud even on min. level wich is 20% as I can't go lower either by using vol buttons or sliding on volume bar.
Also I noticed that there are only 5 steps in call volume settings. Going down from 100% I can go 4 steps down to 20%. Fifth step would be 0% but it just won't go down below 20%.
Anyone know how to fix it?
I tried Gravitybox, but it changes steps for media volume only.
I have android 8.0
bump & update
Bluetooth volume bar only shows for first call after phone reboot. After doing the loudspeaker on/off trick with every next call volume buttons change ear speaker volume (very slightly and only 4 steps)

sound gone on jbl charge 3 randomly

hey i buy new charge 3 , the sound gone in phone and from pc bluetooth, i used phone via bluetooth, battery left on speaker one of 5, hmm i thought phone problem , but today from pc same like phone gone sound, when i turn off speaker and turn on sound is on,when gone sound speaker is on, not turn off, and dont disconnected from bluetooth. i listen 100% volume not boosted songs. from phone i downloaded app black player music where can set boost bass , and visualator, i set to 100 and visualator 100, i dont listen at highest volume and boosted songs, no. i know on speaker via key can power low frequency mode, i dont do that. so where can be problem? speaker damage with bass boost and visualator from the app? or go to service centre and say brock speaker? i do factory reset. on flip 3 nothing same problem like this i listen 100 percent at bass boost songs and turn on low frequency mode on flip 3

OnePlus 6T - Media Volume jumping to Max after disconnecting Bluetooth Headphones

Hello everyone,
Overall I am really happy with my OnePlus 6T but one thing is driving me crazy.
I am using Bluetooth earbuds quite a lot ( Samsung Galaxy Buds and RHA 750i wireless). Every time I disconnect the headphones from the phone my media volume jumps to 100 percent by its own even tho it was set to 40 percent before connecting the Headphones.
I tried already disabling Bluetooth absolute Volume controls (In developer settings) but the behavior didn't change. So the out coming situation is always that I use my headphones for music, I disconnect them and the next time I want to view content with Sound I get almost a heart attack as the volume for speaker is set to 100 percent.
Any advice?
Thank you

Have you tried setting your not connected media volume using the volume keys before connecting? Theoretically when you disconnect it should drop to whatever the volume was before connecting.

Hello there, yes I do that. To describe it better:
1. Media volume is at 40 percent
2. I connect Bluetooth headset
3. I set volume to 90 percent
4. I disconnect Bluetooth headset
5. Media volume jumps to 40 percent and then right after it to 100 percent by its own.
Really weird situation overall.
