You should try using the latest Xposed. I believe it's up to 85.

Does xposed not work with the 6P? Had it on my S5 and want to run it on the 6p. Should we just be considering the CM13 ROM? Looks like CM13 has it in the ROM.
xposed works fine on my 6p. I have a rom that is close to stock
Xposed is working fine on my 6P running stock as well.
OP: The "gzip: short write" error is kinda odd. From a quick google, it might be an out of space issue. Check your system partition to ensure that there's sufficient free space.

TWRP should prompt you to root after it's installed. Yes you can flash ROMs after you install TWRP.

I use CM13 nightlies.
If you're going to use AOSP ROMs make sure you backup your APN settings since you are using a different network than Sprint.

Oreo Xposed?

Hello guys,
I tried to install Xposed for my rooted X Compact (Oreo 8.0), but without success. I downloaded and flashed needed zip (sdk26, all beta versions ) and no version works. Don't know anyone how to make it run?
Thanks for your replies.

I tried, but no, installing sdk27 ends with the error that I should download the correct version for my system. (sdk27 should be for Oreo 8.1). :/

Yes, this is exactly what I have downloaded, but I can't flash it. Every version ends with that error... Maybe I'll try flash clean stock FW of Oreo, do a root and immediately flash that zip. We'll see...
it seems like Xposed wont' work with the latest march update anymore, rovo89 is aware of that, maybe there will be a fix for that in the future

Free up space error - no room on storage

I have a 32/2 G5 plus, that I hadn't used in about a year. I wiped and flashed the latest pixel experience rom. The installation goes fine, but I get an error that says "free up space" when I try to install apps, saying my storage is full even though it has no installed apps on it.
I tried a different rom (lineage/havoc) and same result. What is going on? What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for the help.

Maybe you can try flashing stock ROM to fix that bug and again move to custom ROM.

Just in case someone has the same problem. The TWRP roms did not work, but the fastboot flash stock rom link did work, so thanks again for the help.
