[Q] Nexus 4 screen problem? Looking for help

Just got my nexus 4 today. Here is the issue:

I am looking for anyone can help with this problem. Well if this is a problem.
See the red line around the edge of the screen? It also happens when i switch input method and even sometime when the chrome is freshing the webpage.

[Q] Tapatalk shortcuts broken..? Kinda..

So the shortcuts for the forums that i frequent lost their title, and picture.. It still works but idk it was there when i set it up and have no idea what happened. Anyone else have this issue?

New black screen I've never seen before

I found a new problem in my device
When I press the power button to force restart . I got a new black screen I've never seen before.
