Google Nexus 7 3G get stuck in APX Mode

Dear all
I just have a big problem that I still cannot solve by myselft and all the things I searched on Internet
I downloaded the Android 4.3 stock rom from Google dev site. Then, I tried to install it by Google Nexus Toolkit 1.6.4 but it was not successful
( Perhaps the universal driver is not fully compatible with Windows 8, I often have this problem on Windows 8 )
Then I changed to use Google Nexus 7 Toolkit v5.0.0 and flash the stock ROM
This tool could do a little bit further. It extracted, deleted user data, send file to machine but after that, it flashed unsuccessfully
The screen is still in bootloader mode. So I decided to press Start to check whether the ROM had been installed successfully or not
And it said boot failed
I turned off the device and then couldn't turn it on till now. I plugged into laptop and it said lacking of APX driver.
I searched and know that this is a mode only for NVIDIA processor devices
I tried so many ways on Internet to turn it on, but still cannot
So can you help me wake it up ?
Thank you so much
Sorry for bad English

Not completely sure, but I have seen this before, I think you got the bootloader corrupted somehow.

As per now... you are stuck in APX mode. No solution for that in the Nexus 7 device. Asus cover that in warranty, you´ll have to go that way... It happened the same to me.

Hey, the same with me, after trying to update to android 4.3 with nexus root tool kit 1.64.
In this case the bootloader was deleted. Waiting for the feedback of asus....
Based upon this evidence I suggest you don't use a tool kit to flash 4.3 and do it manually

I'm not an expert but I would say there is no way for them to know at this point. So yes, you are covered. They need to completely wipe the device to get it back to life. This is something that happened to people updating OTAs as well, so it's not an uncommon issue.

How your Nexus been? I've just received the Nexus 7 with new mainboard replaced and... no fees. So happy!!!
Now it's time to sell it, get the new nexus 7, and expect it not to be that easy to brick. XD

Actually, I don't have dual monitor system so I often use my tablet as ebook reader to read instruction while coding
Tried to update Nexus 7 4.2.2 rooted with Nexus Toolkit too..but got stuck at a APX mode Nexus 7.
Nothing could revive it, so had to send to Asus for warranty claim
They changed a new motherboard and all is well now.....with 4.3..but wifi reception still sucks

Best way would be to use the LG flash tool and kdz back to stock. It will wipe/replace all partitions with stock files and your phone will be restored like when you first pulled it out of the box.

Make sure you download the proper file for your phone (model number/android version). If you don't know what android version you're on, go to settings/about phone and look at android version. Then download proper file.

Ok thank you, my phone is on O2 but I believe it is also unlocked as both a Vodafone and EE sim card work in it, so do I download the:

Or
http://storagecow.eu/Xda/LG G2/Stock/United Kingdom/UK OPEN 16GB KitKat D80220D_00.kdz
It's just I'm afraid of bricking my phone! And I'm not that clued up on this stuff, do I follow the Rom kdz method or the one below that?

That I'm not sure of as I have a different variant. You might want to ask in the d802 Q&A thread. Just post links to both those files and I'm sure someone with the same phone will be able to identify what file to use. Good luck!

Bricked my MX4 Ubuntu Edition, how to save it ?

Hi I bricked my MX4 Ubuntu Edition, I don't know if its soft-bricked or hard one. I can't even go to fastboot and recovery mode.
When I connect it to PC, it keep connect and disconnect (the sound when you connect pendrive to PC, keep on and off).
I bricked it when I tried to flash back to Ubuntu rom. Keep flashing different Flyme but stuck on Flyme logo, so I revert back to Ubuntu, then it bricked.
Is it soft bricked or motherboard burnt already?

Man you save my MX4 UE! I did this without going to recovery mode (vol up + power) because can't go into that mode.
Now is up and running. Currently update to latest ubuntu version. I don't dare to flash to android again. But ubuntu version sucks. :crying:
I bought just want to try but realize it after 2 hours of using.
Thank you very much, now I need to sell it :good::good::good:

How much...?
I could literally kill for that phone ( Meizu Ubuntu Edition )
Put on sale, in Swappa.com ., and I'll buy the phone
Here in the US, it is very difficult to get such a phone.
because it is only available in Europe
on ebay, prices for this phone are too expensive

Well I'm in Southeast Asia and don't have any experience to ship outside of the country.
One thing for sure, shipping to US is more expensive than any other country.

Looking for someone with International/Non-Chinese Mate8 who can help.

I have recently found a way to access all versions of Mate8 firmware for the Chinese model. I found the unreleased B163 version (OTA Update only right now.)
I am hoping that someone who has a non-Chinese model, L29 or L09, with bootloader unlocked, can get in touch with me to help me get the information needed to access these files. I will need about an hour of your time, your computer, and your phone. Please send me a message if you can help.

If by erecovery you mean the original emui recovery, no i cannot. It try to install one and obviously dont find any so i have the message like "please download update file".
Just wanted to update everyone.
I had a couple people willing to help, which I am grateful for. But unfortunately, it turns out that eRecovery is not possible with the L29. My hope is that perhaps L09 has working eRecovery but I think it's unlikely.
So in summary, I no longer require this help unless someone is able to get either eRecovery or an OTA update working on their international versions.
I'm very happy to announce that I have found some firmware for the non-Chinese version. I will update about that soon
So what I've found is VERY old version, B056, for L09 model. This is before release, before NXT name when it was codenamed X100. I think it's pretty useless, but here's download in case someone wants it.
http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G984/g77/v34224/f1/full/update.zip
I will continue looking. I think I'm close to a breakthrough right now.

What's kind of your brick ?
I just got brick, I couldn't' fastboot system , but I fixed it by restore backup from TWRP.
I flashed a very old firmware version when investigating how OTAs work. It bricked my phone.
The result is screen never comes on, but I can access via fastboot. Hisuite software won't repair my phone, and I can flash whatever I want with fastboot, but nothing boots up, the screen never comes on.
Probably, I'm done for a while unfortunately. I am going to try to have Huawei service it in China somehow... but it will take a while.

aw crap, very sorry to hear this @duraaraa. good thing about this though: its likely huawei wont bother to try and bring it back to life, but rather just send u a replacement, thus no risk of them finding out about unlocked bootloader, etc

I cant find it anywhere either
If you have Custom Recovery, trying installing magiask, if data is not mounting, you have to format data. If you install but dont have root acces, youbmight need a custom kernel. You do on the T380 at least. I have experience with it beacuse my T380 is rooted. I had to install an rmm bypass or else my device would be bricked by Samsung's werid knox.
