Custom roms for A3

Hi there, I have noticed that the A5 and A7 variants have gotten quite a bit of development in terms of custom ROMs. Also, both seem to be going to get the Marshmallow update. I would like to ask if anyone can get me up to speed in terms of the development on this phone? Thanks in advance.

There doesn't seem to be anyone interested in developing ROMs for this phone. Unfortunately, I posses no knowledge of making ROMs, otherwise, I would certainly made attempts by now.
I am willing to help as much as I can if anyone wants to develop any ROM for the device.
Custom ROMs should still be developed even if our device doesn't get Marshmallow. 5.0.2 AOSP is great and much better than touchwiz. If ROMs can be made for A5, I don't see why should there be problems with A3?
Maybe we can start off by porting an A5 aosp ROM into A3.

A3 is getting 6.0" but some custom roms would be nice support seems scares shame really . Anyone no if cf-auto root works 5.0.2 yet all seem to point 4.4.4

If you want to make an A3 build, you can use A5 Device Tree but you will need to adapt it, screen resolution, RAM, kernel, and blobs are different than A5's ones.
Maybe I can build CM or AOSP for A3, but I don't have the device and testers for it.

Or if you can explain to me how to build from source I can try myself, I have BuilduntuVM installed on my VirtualBox, so it's ready to compile.

A7 isn't getting a custom ROM also. (SS-A700F that is) There is no Device tree. Otherwise i'd build something. But A3 is not alone on this unfortunately.

The ROM is under development.

I have just updated my Samsung Galaxy A3 with cm 12.1(lollipop 5.1) .There are 2 problems.The first one is that I can't connect to any wifi and the second is the camera....please can anyone help...

Hi, there are still more bugs in the cm13.1 as you have found, but with wifi so far i have no problems with my a300fu, try a clean flash i think this solved you problem with wifi...but sadly all other bugs only fixed with workarounds
hello @mygalaxya myabe there is a way to support again the a300fu please develope for us and all is good. you are one of the best :good::good::good::

Yeah there is.Just go to CF auto root and find your mobile.

A300FU - ANY fullx working ROM available?

Is there ANY fully working Custom ROM based on 5.1 or 6.0 available, that's working with the A300FU???

only the 5.02 variant is available and only the ( for now ) OJ5 stockromversion ( look at deviceinfo in phone what for a version you use ) is it the BOJ5 variant you can flash this version from @nowheel

it's the modified version from touchwiz 5.02 stockrom. i have it in use, it work's without bugs and is really snappy

smart call function s7 edge

I have a note 4 snapdragon and a ROM with a s7 edge ported ROM but which often runs rom my screen completely fixed so I have to remove the battery. does anyone know a solution for this? I thought it is to the kernel. In which ROM you have how can I get that function in another rom a pretty smart call function?

Try xceed kernel i am using noble rom also and no problems no heating at all with this kernel.make sure install this rom clean after full wipe (CACHE/DATA/DELVIK CACHE/SYSTEM) in twrp otherwise its very laggy.smart call also works fine with mine.

With this kernel the sim card should work fine
Are you sure you have n910f ? if you have any other model like n910t.n910p.n910v then you will need datafix with kernel to fix sim and data .go to download mode and see what model shows there. let me know

Thx for all. Yes i got the 910f because i live in the netherland, but the kernel doesn't works. The sim card is a new one because i think the sim card is broken.
Do you have an other idea?

Force enable VoLTE on stock roms of supported devices is possible and quite easy. But i don't think so for a port.
Anyway, there is no patch for AryaMod v2.1

looking for best rom Leeco s3 x626

Hello guys,
i am pretty newbie in those things. Could someone exped link me best rom for leeco s3 x626? right now i use stock rom, but that phone is for my lister and it does not support really well the polish language. I mean polish is mixed there with english. For me its not a problem but shes 15 and she likes polish just more. I heard that lineage os is best, but there is no for this device.

Is it this rom suitable for Leeco Le s3 x626 ?? What android version this rom ? 7.1 Nougat or 6.0 ??
