Unknown Android 4.4.4 Generic Head Unit

I'm trying to find out any information I can about a head unit that I've recently bought, i.e. any software/firmware updates, make, rootable etc. The trouble is I have no idea what it is. Update AsianMaps Headunit android 6.0.1 to 7.0

HI,
I'm pretty sure this head unit was whitelabeled and sold off as asianmpas brand . These are the details i have gathered along with pictures if anyone can help on suitable roms to flash this unit with
