I have made factory reset and clean flash using qfil, but the phone behavior is the same. When an app is updated from play store then stop working. All app downloaded from play store do not work, phone freeze and after little time reboots or black screen and message fro system that app stop responding.

Suggest to try another one.

On my GF's MT4G, her Play store started acting up so she did a factory reset and her Market wont open up. It gives her an error code. A long time ago I rooted her phone and tried getting her the old Market when they made the switch to the Play store. Could that been there reason why its giving an error code? I thought if you do a factory reset it would wipe any everything done to the phone. Its still running the stock rom BTW.

When I click on the Market app i get the "Sorry! The application Market )process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly Please try again" message.
Try flashing a newer GApps file.
Have you tried going to settings>apps> play store and clearing data and cache of the app, then reboot phone? Seeing as how you are on stock rom, don't worry about trying to flash gapps, that's for aosp based roms. You can also try to search for the latest play store app in the themes and apps forum and try to install it.
I've tried downloading and installing the Play Store but still nothing. I then tried flashing cm7.2.0 (what I'm running on my MT4G) and on the first boot it asks you if you have a Google account to sign into but it doesn't evenshow up. If you click on the Play Store if asks you "you must sign into Google" but after I click ok the app it shuts down.
I flashed Blackout ICS and finally have a working Play Store.

Hi there!
I'm having big issus the last three days with downloads from the Google Play Store on my i9505.
I was using Jamals Google Edition ROM v3, everything was fine. Then, just like before I did a wipe data/factory reset using PhilZ advanced CWM and installed v5. This was the first time I faced problems in the Google Play Store.
Apps just downloaded some kilobytes and then froze but some apps downloaded properly. Some other downloaded, froze, downloaded again and showed an error message when finished.
With a little bit of patience and some tries I could download all the apps that I needed (cancel and start the download again).
Today I updated to v6 of Jamals Google Edition ROM and the problems were still the same. I tried to clear the data and cache from Google Play Store app and restart the device but nothing fixed the problem.
So I thought maybe a complete reset the Samsungs original software could do the job. So I flashed through Odin an original ROM I have on my computer (I9505XXUBMF8_I9505OXABMF8_I9505XXUBMF8_HOME.tar).
Now problems got even bigger... I'm not able to download ANY update/app from the store. It always sais "Starting download..." and nothing happens. I also tried to clear the data/cache from Play Store app, too. Now I have no idea how to go on with this problem because I couldn't find this case on the web/other possibilities to fix the problem.
Any idea?
This happens on my I9500 also, which solved it by wiping the whole thing and started over..

Thanks for your quick respond. But what do you concretely understand by wiping "the whole thing"? I thought reinstalling a stock ROM from Samsung is most you can do to come as close as possible to a delivery status.
*edit: Now after the fresh installation of the latest stock ROM from Samsung I also did a hard reset. Downloads do start again but none of them is getting finished. Mostly they freeze at 80% progress or so.

I usually get this problem when I have too many apps in queue for download. I usually cancel most of them and let it update 2-3 at a time and eventually end up getting all of them installed. This message as the only way I could get them all done.

Jeah I thought about this as well but I can't even download one single application.
I've had my G2 for a few months now, no problems. Earlier today i noticed that it wont update my apps or i cant download new ones. its just constantly stuck in the starting download stage, never actually starts downloading.
I've tried:
force closing the play store app
clearing the cache and data from the app
signing out of hangouts then back in (read that might help)
restarting phone, and powering off then back on
I am out of ideas. anyone have any suggestions?
I am having tg the same problem. Started earlier today. My guess is it's a problem with the market. Hopefully fixed soon.

ROM upgrade.
I have had this issue in the past and found updating the kernel from the custom rom's stock kernel to another kernel(furnace, paek, etc.) has worked for me.
I'm just on the stock LG rom, I've rooted, but that's all I've done. So not sure how to update the kernel.
Get a custom recovery like can or twrp, then look for a kernel compatible with your device

I use an i9506, and i tried flashing a few roms on it. However, cyanogenmod always caused a bootloop so I reverted back to an old backup. Then one day, I noticed that play store kept crashing. So I tried editing the hosts, wiping cache, even factory reset but Play store kept finding a way to srop working. Right now, my play store opens but crashes soon after and keeps on crashing until i wipe the data. The it repeats. Can anyone give me a solution?

Try doing a clean wipe, not factory wipe. Then re-flashing rom with the correct gapps.
Deleted data expunged
Hi All,
So I'm facing this weird issue, where my app updates from the Google Play Store don't seem to stick.
I started having this problem when I was using LOS, and I thought maybe the ROM was the issue. But then, I switched to OOS, same thing.
An app will update and play store will show all apps updated. Then after a few hours the app will update again, and then once more. Usually the update sticks after the third update.
Also, even though I haven't kept a log, but it doesn't seem specific to some apps, it appears to be the case with all apps.
I use Magisk for Titanium Backup. But nothing else.
Also, I thought this was an issue with apps restored with Titanium Backup, but that isn't the case.
PS: I haven't tried without Magisk, as I wouldn't want to use the phone without that.
Any ideas?

Currently using Magisk on OOS and I do not have this issue, so root isn't the issue. I think it may have to do with the play store itself, as it doesn't seem to actually update the apps until the third time like you said. The only two solutions I can come up with are as followed:
1. Hold down on the play store app and clear the data on it and then disable the app (Make sure the option to go back to the factory version comes up after you press disable) and then re-enable the app again. Open it and see what happens afterwards. The idea is to get the play store to re-update itself and fix the issue.
2. Get on a computer and fastboot flash OOS again and see if it persists after you get your phone set up again.
