No I used the service to unlock bootloader on my device
Even tho i never used to unlock my devices, becuase i used slock method to unlock becuase it is free, my cousin use dc unlocker to unlock his P9 Lite Mini and he got the working bootloader code
Can anyone share whether or not such a DC-Unlocker'ed - huawei 'bootloader unlock code' is a permanent fix for an unlocked bootloader on that particular device for the rest of its life, regardless of future ROM/Mods installation?

I try to sim unlock a Wizard G4 of my friend. I already flashed the touch HD rom on it and it works, but I can't unlock the device. I already have the correct unlock code, but it loops or something. First i need to enter my pin, then i get the unlock stuff, then I put in unlock code, but then it goes back to pin again, and again. I am confused , can anyone help?
Use 'lokiwiz03a' tool again to generate a new SIM unlock code and than try again,hope it works this time
I already fixed it . The code was totally correct, but I tried to unlock it on a custom wm 6.1 rom isntead of the original rom of the telephone, so it didn't work. I downloaded the original latest rom of the phone and then put in the unlock code and voila, unlocked!

Being a Optimus One user I have no acquired a Xperia X10 as a upgrade.
Reading up through everything I encountered this through unlocking the bootloader. So does this mean if I unlock the bootloader then I would be able to take the Rogers phone and put a Telus Sim into it?
Also I assume # 6 is if you use a unlock code that you buy online then don't bother unlocking.

Well I bought a phone on ebay and now it has Rent a Center lock.
The first step to remove this is to have the bootloader unlocked but I cannot access the phone and activate options usb debugging and OEM unlock since the phone is blocked.
I've read some people have figured it out but I just dont know how to do it. So how can I unlock the bootloader if I cant access to the phone and activate those options? I know its possible I just need some help and detailed information please!!

I just purchased a used Huawei Ascend XT (H1611), and am trying to get it to work with my sim card (Life Wireless). I applied on AT&T official site and it was approved and within a few hours I received my unlock code. Next step was to power off the phone, enter my sim card and turn the phone back on so the unlock code screen would come up. I did and the unlock screen comes up as expected but I am unsure if it is the correct screen. I enter my unlock code provided by AT&T and it says it failed.
One thing I noticed is that instead of 'Unlock' code, it says 'Unblock' code. Not sure if there is a difference but obviously something is awry.
Any help would be appreciated greatly. Thanks in advance.
