My mobile was working well until I updated it to V-063 (I know Im a bit late )
After the update, No audio device is working. No speaker output or mic input, Cant play any Audio or Video in any app whatsoever. Not even the headphone jack is working
Tried 3 Custom Roms and older stock ROMs by AFT(334 & etc) and even flashed Viper and Dolby but still nothing.
Someone had a similar issue in 2018 but that threat is not solved till now (He might have had warranty at that time)
Please suggest any possible solution that I might have missed or suggestions :fingers-crossed:

So the problem is that no matter what custom ROM I use the mic volume is incredibly low. Talking on the phone I cannot be heard at all, if I put it on loudspeaker I can be heard faintly. Same problem for any app that uses the microphone, like sound recorder, recording a video, it barely picks up any sound.
But what's strange is that everything works perfectly on on Stock. I've installed custom ROMs on this before and last used cm10 before I upgraded way back. But now the problem also exists on that CM10 ROM. Any ideas how to fix it?
Additionally I've tried disabling the google now search listening (which fixed the same problem on my OPO) but does not work here. I've tried the following ROMs: CM10, CM11, CM12 all official nightlies and Crdroid 5.1.1.
Very frustrating as otherwise CM12 works perfectly and I intend to give this phone to someone!
So testing it further I found out that it works fine using google now and search. So either the internal microphone is disabled or maybe noise cancelling is messed up.
I cant seem to have the CDLA headphones work with the Lineage OS ROM - the sound always comes throuhg phone speaker. did not install any Magisk or xposed frameworks either.
the Bluetooth speaker work. Does anyone have a similar issue and how can it be addressed?
Model: Le Eco Le Pro 3 LEX727
ROM: Lineage OS 14.1
I experience this too and there are reports from others in the main LOS 14 thread. As reported in the below message, headphones work for me when they are plugged in at reboot.

I have the same issue, the problem is the device doesn't recognize when you plug-out the headphones so sound is still being routed to them. The only way i found to "fix" it was reboot without headphones or using the app musicabout and uncheck the headphones detection.
Changing SELinux to permissive fixed it for me.

I'm stuck in 21/07/2017 because i can't update due a battery problem. In this update the only problem i'm having is with the headphone microphone very low, i can't answer calls with them.
I have the latest update installed but it doesn't recognize headphones. How to make a bug report?
haedphone
I have the same. In order for the headset to connect you need to reset the phone to do. And to unplug the reset. My system is LineageOS 14.1
Yes, but how do we report this to developers because it was apparently working last month from what I see at XDA posts.
with this application you can hear the sound in the headphones

Hey Guyd,
Did any of Android 8 or later succesfully fixed audio for calls through headphones adapter CDLA, no echo for loudspeaker and good earphone microphone? I don't mind treble.
Now I am using Slim 7 which is fine, but would love to change to 8, 8.1 or 9.
Did you try change the kernel? I had problems like yours, and solved its flashing blackscreen kernel. I hope could help you too.
Heyyo, noise cancelling / echo is fixed on Oreo ROMs yes. I reworked the audio configuration files to fix it.
CDLA during voice calls? Unfortunately no... That's a tough one to solve as LeEco never left us notes on how to do it so it's all backwards engineering to see if there's anything there we can use... Sigh.
oops posted on wrong board somehow
Can someone move to galaxy s5e?
Recently on my husband's tab the audio has been out of sync from video.
Specially on YouTube the audio is in FRONT of the video which is weird.
It's all stock firmware etc. Latest updates. Running build ending in AESB
One UI version 1.1
Android 9
Rebooting fixes for a little bit but then it just comes back
Have cleared cache etc
Any ideas?

same here. WIFI version of tablet. after reboot jus until tablet goes to sleep all is ok. after wake up, video and audio is out of sync... any ideas how to fix this ?
Uninstall YouTube completely from Playstore?
Or to test audio video stack: find an audio Bluetooth device, connect it with the tablet. Is the audio and video still out of sync? Even over Bluetooth?
Since there are several audio routes in Android, temporarily using and testing might give information.
I don't have it with either normal speakers or Bluetooth.
Happened to me before. Disappeared after reboot.
It happened on mine when using HD HomeRun
Reboot helps somewhat
I am not sure if Dolby Atmos options for better sound is involved. However since Android audio stack is difficult to understand, I would like you to ask:
What happens if you turn on/off Dolby Atmos in Sound Advanced options?
Here how I discovered there is a bug in using Dolby Atmos for me too. Others reported this bug also.

Right, So i am in a pickle as absolutey everything works except when I switch on Hi-Fi mode system just lags and audio stops, and as soon as I switch in off everything works again including audio.
Altho it most likely might be hardware issue ( I did drop my phone in puddle once, although I dont remember as this issue started then or later as i wasnt using it much ) ? Is there a way to force audio to quad-dac even with toggle off for me to be sure if its the dac thats not working or maybe signal isnt reaching to it or something I can fix via software ?
I am on rooted stock Nougat, Any help would be really really appreciated !
