Yes! You can use OpenGapps alternatives such as Bit Gapps (minimal, similar to opengapps pico) and NikGapps.
I don't suggest NikGapps as they make the launcher crash.

I'm currently using 7.2 with MicroG and it works - besides that the login in the Google AppStore via Google App does not work and therefor some of my bought apps do not work

Fingerprint works perfect (like in all of the AospExtended versions I used before since 5.8)
I never used the stock OS so I can't say anything about it
