Terrible Messaging Delay - Samsung Galaxy S10+ Questions & Answers

I have been experiencing this issue for a while now and i would REALLY appreciate ANY help. I am facing terrible Messaging delay on all messaging apps (Whatsapp and instagram that i primarily use), by delay i meam after i hit send it takes a lot of time for the message to go through, i constantly have to force stop the apps to very temporarily fix it.
I have tried clearing cache, turning off battery optimization for the messaging apps, turning off adaptive battery mode and even clearing the cache partition in recovery menu. My wifi connection is 500mbps. So i am really desperate for a solution.

Unfortunately, S Health has stopped

So I had this lovely pop up on my phone last night. The message was "Unfortunately, S Health has stopped" along with the "OK" button. The kicker was that after clearing it, it would pop back up after a few seconds. I cleared the cache to no avail. I rebooted to just have it pop back up after it fully loaded all the apps. Battery pull rendered the same results.
My phone is all stock - with no crazy updates or recent app downloads that I could point to as potentially causing the issue.
I did find one resolution - I thought I'd mention it here in case others find themselves in this situation. Between clearing the pop up message - work your way to the Settings->Applications->Application Manager. From there - scroll down to S Health and once selected you can turn it off.
Now - I kind of liked having the pedometer - so I was trying to get it up and running again without doing a factor reset. I found that clearing the app data, deleting cache and uninstalling the update did the trick. I had to do it 2 times with reboots after clearing out all the data before it ultimately came back without issues. I had to recreate my profile again and historical data seems to have been lost.
I'm not sure if there might have been a better way to do it - but just thought I'd mention this issue here.

phone restarting

Just got the s5 phone about a month ago and it restarted on it's own out of no where while viewing a you tube video..
Another issue is when on you tube it's very hard to scroll in videos is this normal? I also notice a bit of lag while using messaging or scrolling a website is this normal?

Have you tried clearing the YouTube app data in settings/apps/all apps? Or clear the caches in recovery? Or else data factory reset or if that doesn`t help reflash the stock rom with Odin.
Unfortunately you didn't give us much information to go on. For instance you didn't say if your phone restarted just the once or how often, if it is recurring. It's hardly worth worrying about a one time glitch if it doesn't repeat.
The first thing to try to solve a persistent restart issue is as was already suggested, try clearing the cache and data for the app in the settings menu application manager. And then boot to recovery mode and wipe the cache there too. Past that, you can try reinstalling the app or starting in safe mode to narrow down the cause. You are essentially trying to narrow down the possibilities and watch for any pattern in what might be causing the issue.
If you are sensitive to lag, then search for some posts about debloating your phone or installing a custom ROM that is better optimized. It's all of the superfluous Samsung junk and carrier apps that cause most of the lag.

Bluetooth Keeps Stopping

After a recent restart I'm suddenly being hit with this error every 30ish seconds. I've tried clearing chache, system and reinstalling my ROM, and I also tried rebooting in airplane mode but nothing has worked so far. Bluetooth is off, can't be toggled and not connected or attempting to connect to anything. Suggestions? Trying to avoid a total data wipe but it's looking like I don't have a lot of options left.

WETA 5.0.7
Magisk 14.0
I'm also getting hit with this, as of this morning. Phone received an update on Thursday and everything has been working as normal until today. Problem started as soon as I opened the default music app on the phone, after being disgruntled with other apps.
No amount of force closing/clearing cache on either the bluetooth or music apps is clearing it up.
Update: deleted data on bluetooth and music apps. Issues seems to have been resolved.

S8 on the official 9.0, camera bug, possible solution?

Hi people! Recently I've been having problems with stock camera app on my s8. Normally using both cameras, taking some photos and and when I click to exit from it, camera keeps working, all buttons on screen would freeze and I wait like 5 seconds to actually exit and even worse, sometimes it won't start recording after i clikc REC button, just stays there and does nothing. Is this like common problem, maybe due to pie 9.0 update? Maybe any possible apps that causes interference ? One more thing, after exiting from it i get a notification something like this "gallery app keeps crushing, using too much battery, put it to sleep?"
I have tried solving it with clearing camera and gallery data and app cache, whole partrition cache, uninstalling gallery update, problem still not gone. Thanks.
First step: Factory Reset

Android 11 weird momentary popups

Hi folks,
I let my phone (6T, international version, completely stock never rooted), update to Android 11 this morning.
One thing is bugging me so far: at random times, I'll get brief flashes of some other window popping up momentarily (too fast for me to see what it is), and then it goes away. But it throws games into pause mode and takes me out of the flow.
What's causing this and how do I turn it off?
Welll this is not a normal behavior, so noone know why and how. Seems android 11 is not yet stable for us. I rolled back to android 10 on my 6T mclaren
Progress update: this problem seems to have resolved itself. I think it may have had to do with each app gradually settling in. A few reboots and some hours later the phone seems stable, though I'm having a few smaller issues like my phone icon left my home screen, I've now got TWO "Contacts" apps, and other minor stuff.
More update... the popups are back. I think they happen frequently after a reboot then settle down over time. I will keep an eye on it and report back anything I find in case it helps others.
Partial solution: I filmed what was going on in slow motion and despite my hand being in the way I saw the popup said "Gallery kee" presumably "Gallery Keeps Closing" or something like that. I don't use the Gallery app so I disabled it in Settings\Apps. Let's see if the problem keeps up. Maybe other apps are also contributing, and I'll have to address them one by one.
After a full day and another reboot for unrelated reasons, I can confirm that disabling the Gallery app fixed the problem. Not a single popup since I disabled it. Since I never use Gallery, only Google Photos, for me it's no loss. Probably a cache wipe would have sufficed as well. I did a a full cache wipe today to address a Gmail issue, and at some point I'll re-enable Gallery and see if the problem recurs despite the cache wipe.
