Ok there have been other issues with it, but I want to talk about the focus issue.
I tried couple of roms with the same camera and the camera focuses just fine before the shot is taken , but once you focus the lenses with the camera the camcoder stays with this focus whether you are focusing(pointing to an object) far or close to you. Is this a problem with the apk or is it the drivers? I havent tried the Desire HD camera because it is different (atleast the looks). Can anyone confirm if the Desire HD roms have this issue?
Strange, you are the second Bulgarian to report a camcoder issue today... I actually have no issues with cam, just took a few pictures and all is ok.

Check the camcoder man not pictures There is no autofocus and there is no prefocus

yah the same question i have,too
autofocus in camcorder doesnt seem to work well
so i took pictures with the front camera, and start recording. then I couldn't stop the recording, I had to force close. after that when I run the camera app again I got message about it couldn't connect to the cam. this problem already exist since I got my tf.anyone encountered the same problem?

I currently have titanium os, but i had this problem also with xiaomi official global rom. Both cameras stop working after few second of recording or taking pictures. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
I have been having issues with most third party apps not communicating with my phone front facing camera. It tends to have no issues using the back camera. Furthermore, if the app has a feature to take pictures or video the front facing camera tends to crash the first time and work the second time. Additionally, I am using stock android 8.1.0 and had upgraded the rom to pixel experience version 9 and 10 and still had the issue. Camera permission is on, delete cache of the os and the app, camera only works with google camera and not with any third party camera apps.
Any suggestions to fix this problem? Did you ever had this problem? Should I downgrade to stock android 6?
