Pokemon Go Issues on CM 13

I'm experiencing some weird issues with Pokemon Go on my OP2 running CM 13.
When I evolve a pokemon, the animation does not show the pokemon at all. And when I am fighting in a gym, the floor does not show up and the camera does not follow the pokemon correctly. The gym issue is hard to explain, so I will try to attach a screenshot when I get a chance.
Is anyone else playing Pokemon Go on their OP2 running the official CM 13? Anyone else experiencing these graphics issues? Anyone know something I could do to fix it?
I did not have these problems on OOS3.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Totally offtopic I guess, but since I run CM13 I get strange graphics in AnTuTu Benchmark....
I'm using the latest CM13 nightly and my Pokemon GO works flawlessly. Try reinstalling the game and checking your data connection.
I have been playing Pokemon Go with CM based Rom but the Official CM13 but I have not been really having any problems graphical wise. every now and then the GPS will act wonky but it usually fixes itself but it could also be my area its hard to say.

Screen Recording with SOUND without MIC

I have been using Samsung devices for a while now, my favored ROM is Resurrection Remix Nougat, Just updated to 5.8.3 7.1.2 (latest-update)
And was wondering, if there is an app that gets around android SE policy (policy change, (Mic needed for recording sound) – I hate that my mic makes all the Sounds in game sound super echoed/ really pitched (distorted) I am In the process of creating Videos for YouTube playing various games - mostly Modern Combat 5: Blackout and would like to be able to record without mic, its rash but I only want senior devs/members posting URL links to Possible fixes/bypassing apps/scrips but I don't want to go another 7 days without an OS I had to sideload & update after spending 2 days trying to copy and fail ROM / kernals and stuff through MTP protocol via Twrp 2.8.7.0 which is now updated to 3.1.1.0 (or whatever the latest release is)
Anyone welcome to comment in the context of helping me - Cheers

Glitch when watching videos

Hello everyone, I want to share with you a problem that I met with my S8 since I have it (<1 week).
Everything works fine except when the screen shows a video, whatever it's on YouTube, FB, Twitter, or even integrated videos on other apps, on the screen appears some randomly placed lines of pixel that are not refreshing, like a lag, and generally it makes the phone crash and reboot.
This problem is kind of random also, maybe 80% of the time.
Also this problem doesn't occurs when watching GIF or playing games
From my point of view, I have no clue if the issue is software or hardware.
For now all I tried is :
- Factory reset from the recovery
- Factory reset from Odin
- Safe mod boot (and it is still doing the same problem)
- Installed Android 8.0 beta
- tried to modify the animations on the development mode
- modified the screen resolution
And nothing is working. For now I didn't wanted to root it and install a custom ROM, because I don't know if it will change anything.
Anyway if you have an idea what it could be I would be really thankful. Also I heard that some had an issue with random reboots, but i've never seen a post mentioning this issue.
My s8 is a SM-G950F
Did you find any solution?

Is it possible to adjust colors without root on Stock Oreo

To start, the only real reason I rooted my H918 in the first place was so that I could fix the screen retention problem. After I opened that box, I started play around with the phone and eventually installed LOS. I'm currently running LOS 15.1 on my H918 that's rooted with Magisk.
I'm having some weird issues and there are two apps that driving me to ask my question: Pokemon Go and Super Mario Run. I have Magisk hidden from both of the apps. In this state, Mario works fine, but PoGo has frequent issues logging in and usually the only way to fix it is to reboot. I'll usually be able to log in the first time, but if I close the app and go back to it later it usually doesn't log in and I need to reboot. Not to mention I get the frequent "Not Compatible with this version" screen, although usually just swiping it away and reloading it resolves that.
Knowing that LOS has the ability to adjust color values without root, I decided to uninstall Magisk. That appears to fix the issues with PoGo, but then I can't seem to get Mario to play. It just loads the red splash screen and then crashes back to my home screen. As an experiment, I even tried wiping my phone and doing a clean install. Mario would still not run. Looked online and it appeared to be a common issue for LOS users and Super Mario Run. For some reason, rooting and then hiding the root makes Mario play well with LOS. WTF??
So, this is where I'm at. I could likely fix all my problems with both games if I just went back to stock. I don't really need to be rooted for anything I do with this phone... except for screen retention. So I believe I need to be rooted with a custom kernel for KCAL to adjust the colors.... which leads me to issues with PoGo. Its driving me crazy and this is really making me want to get a new phone.
So, that brings me back to my thread title. Is there any way to adjust the color values to eliminate screen retention without being rooted on Stock Oreo (H918)? Perhaps flashing something with TWRP? A non-root app? Anything?

A stock rooted rom with magisk hide should allow you to play the games you mentioned and allow you to adjust the color.

When I first rooted my H918 on stock, I was having the same issues with PoGo that I'm having now with LOS and Magisk. That's one of the reasons I tried LOS. It was working okay at first, but I'm starting to have issues again and it possibly coincides with the recent updates to the game.
Edit: To add a little more information, it appears will fail SafetyNet after a little while. The only root app currently installed on the phone is Kernel Adiutor.
On a fresh boot, I can log into PoGo just fine. I can open Magisk Manager and run the SafetyNet Checker and it passes. Fast forward a few hours and PoGo will not log in. I'll then go check Magisk Manager and test SafetyNet: "ctsProfile: false" and "basicIntegroty: false"
What's changing in that time?
I'm seriously ready to just buy a new phone. Eh, maybe I'll just unroot and live with the screen retention for awhile and see how bad it gets.
