I'm on setup with OP8P / Huawei Watch 2 LTE and all my watch faces show correct battery level. Try different watch faces or wipe cache from wear OS on both devices.

Hey,
I have a weird issue where i don't get call notifications (other apps work fine) on my GWR.
i just get "sim1" notification and it doesn't even vibrate ! just shows.
i added a pic.
Already did a full wipe of the phone and watch, not working !
HELP
I'm not having call notification issues on both Zenwatch 3 and Gear s3 Frontier.
Seems some kind of compatibility issue between your smartwatch and the smartphone.
Since you did both hard reset the watch and the phone I can figure out other solution.
But hey getting vibration during notification is up to the watch if has that feature and not the phone.

3. sometimes it's just working as expected for ~half an hour and than stooped.
already try to reinstall app @ both devices with no help.
anyone else got this issue?
S7Edge - Android 6.0.1
KW88 - Android 5.1 - CS1_B_GSM_PHT_20170112
thanks
Also just want to know if there is someone that this app work him on this watch or maybe recommend for another app.
Tnx

I bought a wrist band two weeks ago honor band 3 but i cant wear it on the right hand 'coz text notifications are upside down. It works ok on the left hand.
I saw in some youtube videos that Huawei Wear had the option "wearing preferences" which supposed to fix this, but my version (21.0.0.395 latest) doesnt have this.
Can anyone help ?
Im regreting buying this. If i knew mi band 3 would come out would have waited for it.
Unlocking with bluetooth device doesnt work either. Alarms only work within the Huawei Wear.
Anyway "wearing preferences" is what concerns me the most
Thanks in advance.
Helping you
Use Huawei health app now. They have taken most of the feature of Huawei wear and put it into Huawei health.
Hey, guys.
I've trouble with my smartwatch "Ticwatch E2" and think it's occur because wear os problem.
My watch is disconnect from bluetooth or even wifi randomly.
I've tried restart ,reset watch or reinstall latest wear os on my phone (Galasy S9) but problem still occur.
I've noticed this problem occur when I've enter game or open many apps on my phone. (I suggest it's battery saving feature on android oreo) Could it be the reason? If so, How could I shut it down even its drain my battery? (I've checked my app list and it has already shown "exemp")
Anyway, I've searched for any solution but have not found permanent solution yet.
Could anyone can help me for this problem?
Thank you for every comments
You're not alone, I have tried everything, I even flashed Lineage OS 16 on my Mi 5s Plus, this is supposed to fix that issue but no change I have a Moto 360 Gen. 2.

Does your disconnection also happen when opening some app? If yes, can you try to repeat if that is reproduceable consistently?

What is the ROM at Redmi Note 7 or 4? If you are using custom ROM, there might some extra restriction preventing it from pairing. Example is LineageOS privacy guard, if this is enabled for the wear os app, you can't pair it properly. You have to exclude it. I use RR pie, which has LOS privacy guard too, have no problem with pairing, since I exclude it.
Hello Everyone.
Sorry if this is in the wrong forums. I did a few searches first, and based on this thread with no results: https://www.reddit.com/r/WearOS/comments/bgwpco/checking_for_updates_for_wear_notification
It sounds a bit like a general wear issue... possibly only with older wear devices.
I have a Sony Smartwatch 3. I am often getting the "Checking for updates for Wear" notification.. Which means that my Google Play app, will just crash if I try to use it.
Sometimes it seems to help, to sync wear apps, via the Wear OS app.. but not really anything tangible..
I actually flashed stock Android 7 on my Moto X Style, because I thought the issue was due to running custom image.. but I am still getting this error, as long as I have my Smartwatch connected..
Does anyone know anything about this.. possibly any clever solutions.. Or is it just a big middle finger from google/sony about buying a new smartwatch ?
Thanks in advance.
