Now i have no sound no car model and no bluetooth

because your MCU doesen't start with MTCD/MTCE, so it's not an MTCD/MTCE head unit.

I saw that there is the new Head Unit with Android 9.0 and ID 7 for my BMW. Can I update this to my head unit?
If yes, how?
My seller said that I would have to install a new mainboard for this update.
