[Q] SONY Xperia™ - SmallApps, PORT?

Hi! I opened the XDA-portal and discovered this post for porting "SONY Xperia™ - SmallApps" to all Non-Xperia ROMS! (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2228969)
As I don't know at all how to port stuff and I've always wanted the SmallApps-function on my Nexus, I'm asking you guys here at XDA if someone were able to and want to try to port it?
I searched for it if it a port was avalible for our device, but couldn't find it! Please respond!

I have a request here..I am from HTC Butterfly forum..I have a developer who required some expert support to develop CM 11..
He is almost there but needs a expert hand to finish the project..It would be great if someone who is interested to support can approach me..

I don't think you should be typing in your phone number out in public. Plus, telegram supports adding members without any number.
