Exactly that, i have no experience on the Echo dot scene, but i bought an Echo Dot second gen for dirt cheap yesterday, the thing is i wanted it for my folks and they don't speak a single word in english, being that the only language i can choose (well, french, german and chinese are other, dare i say, even worse options for this particular case) in the "language" options.
So, is there any way to "hack" an Echo Dot 2nd gen for using it in spanish?

Spanish is available for me in the USA
Maybe you could try a vpn set in USA
May be just for setting it up.

Horrendus camera? Depends on how do you take and how to process the photo.

Horrendus keyboard? I think all Pocket PCs are same except those have QWERTY keyboard.

This is easily corrected by opening and editing Skin.ini there line:
IncompatibleLanguages = <list of languages>
to remove from this list, your language and then the keyboard will not generate an error. But, perhaps, will have to adjust a little skin to achieve normal operation with a specific language. I apologize for nekroposting, but can someone be useful now.

okay the google translation tells me only sh..
so i installed it but dont understand what this is and what to do. the "gstroke" is the only readable word in this russion app. so is any russian here that speaks a word english and can please write something about it ?

it's a launcher, a screen-blocker like s2u2 and a contact-manager in one app. this app has a great future, i think
my wife had decided she wanted to get me a little gift for my phone... i had told her that i wanted to change the case to my sprint touch phone... well, without her knowing that the GSM network had a touch too, she went ahead and ordered it... needless to say, it didnt fit my phone... asking for waht i had originally paid...

This might sound lamme, but I have no idea how this happened, but I have some applications acting as they have a rtl text alignment (facebook and Gmail are two of them).. Does this happened to anyone? How can I solve this?

It makes sense, but I already tried to change the language to Portuguese, Spanish, American English, British English ..., and it keeps doing exactly the same thing
