how i know my HuiFei head unit screen resolution ?

dear friends
1- how i know my HuiFei head unit screen resolution ?
2- I the software upgrade for my unit as lately it give me a lot of error and the radio sound stops till i restart the unit

Unknown Android sc9853i can be updated using Joying firmware?

The minimum volume of the head unit is too loud. I would like to root it, update it and modify the volume level. I contacted the seller but I didn't get any support. Can I use Joying sc9853i firmware and rooting for this system? Thank you.

Bug torque widgets home screen
Hi, for some 3rd part widgets, like torque widgets, when i try to move or resize by long click on them, the launcher don’t select them but open the settings menu of the pages, if i try to long click several times it select them but it is so annoyng to do, can you fix this bug?

Unfortunately, I have not solved it since I am afraid that I might brick the unit. If you solve this, please let me know. Thanks.

My HU specs are identical to above.
Unit started to randomly power off and on (sometimes has power to touch buttons, but screen is black).
I have been searching for 2 months to find a solution???
OR EVEN BETTER A REPLACEMENT MALAYSK ROM! Malaysk, could you please tell us what ROM we can use for this model?

Now it is really slow and mallfunctioniing and i would like to update my system but dont know wich rom i need and or where to get it.
Advice and help is more then welcome.

Newly installed Android head unit question

Hello there! I am a new member in this forum, and after searching a lot (and being confused a lot) about my newly installed Android Head Unit, i decided to post some questions i have, hoping for answers from some people with more knowledge than mine.
About a month ago i got a head unit installed on my Opel Corsa D and from there on i kept digging into it.
The manual of the HU was branded as "Bizzar Multimedia" so i can't know the exact manufacturer, so i can't really search for updates
As it was advertised to me and as the info of it says, it is an Android 9 version, but i know it is lower, like 7.
Here are some info about the HU:

My (probably) dumb questions now...
1. Is there any way i can upgrade the head unit to a real Android 9+?
I think that the version it says is fake cause i have seen some Android 9 units, and it is nothing like mine
2. I want to understand about MCU updates and how i can make one if there is any newer MCU
I want to undestand more so i hope i am asking the right questions.
I am sorry for my luck of knowledge but if somehow i can provide some more info, please tell me how to...

Eunavi 2din problems after update

Hello everyone.
I have a problem that I am trying to solve for over a month, maybe someone here can help me.
I have Eunavi 2din android heading with Allwinner T8 cpu and 2 Gb ram. Android 8.1.
I had minor problems with software so seller sent me new firmware and MCU to be installed so I did it. Since then, my reversing camera stopped working (no video input), car do not show opened doors alert and generally Car info do not contain any information about my car (before all was working fine). Seller told me that nothing can be done here and that i should buy new radio from them.
Software before update:
Android 8.1
8-core allwinner rom 16GB - DDR 2GB 1024x600
OS Version BSP 2.0.4.3.4 - GDC-20181119
MCU Version : AN6B01 - MCU-V1.00-110401
After update:
Android 8.1
OS Version KC1D01H1-O01-3.0.4.3.5-IVT-20210318-701F
MCU Version STM8
Canbus settings are the same as before update. I got vw golf V.
Do you have any idea what can I try to fix this?
