[Q] Help! IMEI LOST

Hello! everyone firstly this post is for my friend! he has a G2 d800 and accidentally his IMEI got NULL due to something unexpected he did now he is trying to resolve it but its not happening and he even tried going to service center but they said they can repair it as it is not a n india piece! so please help me guys everything working fine just his IMEI has gone to NULL and sim slot not working please help guys!

Before giving an answer we're going to need a little more information. What steps did he do prior to losing his IMEI, did he flash a custom rom, custom radio, or did it just magically vanish?

when i tried to install TWRP using AutoRec.apk nd due to different model it goes to fastboot mode to fix this i tried to flash laf.img nd aboot.img nd boot.img bt then again due to wrong model phone got hard bricked then to fix this i had to open the back cover and short circuit to points and after several different flashes of different files i recovered the phone but with null imei nd unknown baseband

What kind of a user are you? Anyway, do you still have the box of your phone with the imei on it?

I have the same problem, however EFS pro can't read from the phone. It keeps disconnecting...

firstly I'm sorry for my bad English.
my phone does not turn on at all. no download mod, no recovry mod.
I couldn't find the tot files for g4c h525n. does anyone have in hand?
or what is the solution? How Can I solve it?

Nope. Only with direct EMMC write using a Medusa Box or other box that support this. No other way.

I have the same problem because I flashed a h815 rom on my h811. Since I have 2 weeks left on my warranty I will send it in and hope they will fix it for me. What are the chances they would fix a problem like this?

Had this on a g3 and it was possible to fix with software
Message tung kick to ask if it's possible.... He fixed my g3 within an hour a after I got nowhere in 8 hours

Check your S/N and if starts with 505-509, you'll have to get it fixed at the LG Service Center. They'll replace the MOBO of your G4

I just got it back 2 weeks ago from repair for the bootloop issue and they gave me a refurbished device and it's a 505 again so Im sure I will be fine

[Guide] How to recover lost IMEI on MI MAX 2

Well, today I was playing with my phone trying to get Lineage OS to work, and I got a bootloop. Thankfully, I had a full backup of all the partitions of the phone, made with TWRP, and restored it. It failed to restore the FIRMWARE partition, and now I'm left without an IMEI or WiFi MAC plus my sim card is not detected.
NEVER RESTORE THE FIRMWARE PARTITION IN TWRP OR YOUR IMEI WILL BE LOST
To solve this you simply need to flash Xiaomi.eu rom from recovery or any other miui rom (you can do it via the fastboot method). I'll try and do a guide later, but I leave this here so that if anyone else faces this problem can have it solved.

How can I do that if my bootloader is locked? Any chance to do that?
I can't unlock it because mi account id was lost like imei and other information.

You can't flash Xiaomi eu rom without unlocking the bootloader.

Easily. Send your phone to the shop where you bought it or send it to the neares service centre.

You will need someone with a X722. The only QCN that will work is one from the X722. Sorry I have an X727.
You may be able to get it working by restoring the EFS from a X722 Recovery

I found a x722 qcn from 4pda but unfortunately it didn't work. my last resort is a efs from someone. I start to think that maybe is a hardware failure

i have attached the qcn file bare in mind it will change your imei keep a record of your original imei to change it back
You will need qualcomm qpst software download. Make a backup your phones qcn just in case and restore with the one i attached(check allow ESN mismatch)
To use the qualcomm software you will need to enter service mode .If you are using custom rom you will need root to enter with adb command
adb shell
su
setprop sys.usb.config diag,serial_cdev,rmnet,adb
Unfortunately after i fixed my phone it only lasted about 2 months , i got the same no radio problem and since then i cant fixed it .So i use the phone as a remote control/wifi light etc

Thanks a lot. I got the file and know the trick. I also knew the way to enter the diag. mode from dial pad. I will let you know the results after I finish it.

Can anyone help with the persist.img for EU Rom 10.5.8? Yip I forgot to backup & apparently read before using MSM tool, yes my fingerprint reader is now not working, not a big deal, but I do like having everything functional.....

If by using MSM doesn't touch that partition, I can still pull the persist.img now or not? I'm guessing no but just a thought ?

I didn't buy directly from OnePlus but rather Wonda Mobile and can't be doing with the hassle, I pulled the persist.img and flashed, let's see if it works ?

Well my method probably didn't help .......I'll try again tomorrow.
As I thought MSM doesn't touch that partition
I used that again to get locked and stock, so no it didn't work.......damn why can't flashing stock just get everything working ?

Nope nothing I'm doing is working unfortunately, so I'm now using swipe to unlock as face unlock is garbage .......

Hi, if you want your fingerprint back, send your phone to oneplus RMA. There is nothing to do with software to fix your fingerprint issue. Look at the picture, oneplus replace a component on my phone.

Well unfortunately I didn't purchase directly from OnePlus, so I have submitted a service request, hopefully it doesn't cost me a fortune ?

I also did not buy it directly from oneplus. you just need to attach a copy of the invoice to your package for the warranty to be taken into account. And it won't cost you anything
