Can somebody post a screenshot/share the report of the "Camera2 API Probe" application?
Thank you in advance
Generally not to bad on the surface but becomes quite tricky when you want to customise things the way you want. I am coming from Oxygen OS and miss some of the very handy OnePlus customisations

I'm using Nova Launcher and I'm happy. What has really impressed me is how fast it downloads photos from my p40 pro to my Acer chromebook.

The fingerprint sensor being inaccurate is another area I see reviews criticising this phone and another area I beg to differ. It's all in the setup, whereby you need to move your finger around during setup to get maximum coverage. But then the setup instructions tell you that. I've yet to have a read fail.
I'm on 8.1, and the camera is extremely buggy. It firstly refuses to open and requires a reboot, then it freezes. Then it freezes again after taking a picture.
Same problem here but no solution, I hope someone help us
still need a lot of improvement

I mean, i hope its only a software thing and that can me fixed
Sorry , but my camera is too good both in quality and colour if you are facing any issues related to camera try factory data reset. Or, you can also try taking pictures in pro mode it comes in quite handy.

not that impressed by the camera software to be honest.
Its frustrating having to leave the viewfinder in order to change a setting.
The fact that HDR is kinda hidden is crazy IMO
Not to mention the slow Mo video is so difficult to get the object in the frame. They should have an option to select the frame we needed and also not limited the video to 10s.
ARCore 1.2 Support P20 Pro
Hi Guys,
ARCore 1.2 Finally supports all P20 Pro models. I'm not able to download apk from Play Store, so i did it using alternative apk mirror sites:

AI is not good at all.
The default EMUI camera software is very easy to use. The AI mode is kind of gimmicky as most camera features are. Everything else is very good.

Samsung's camera app is pretty good. There are lots of features available but it's easy to just point and shoot, and in most cases this gives good results. The 'best shot' feature advises where to point the camera for the best results in the current scene and what angle to use. It is basic but very clear and helpful, especially if you are giving it to someone else to snap a picture for you.
This phone also has the option to turn on the small front screen which lets the subject see a little of what you're seeing. Again, a bit of a gimmick but a nice touch.
I have nothing to add, your comment is ideal, thanks a lot!

Best thing about realme UI on x3 is you can turn ads completely off. And most of the unwanted notifications aren't there. You can uninstall most of the pre-installed apps. Feature I find useful on it include good screen recorder, different navigation gestures, other gestures like screen shot split screen. Phone, contact, message apps used are google one's.
One problem I face is some settings on realme UI are by different names so they are not easy to find.
