Ive had problem with all MIUI roms no matter which mod is it what happnd is i flashed MIUI after few hours on opening and closing of app drawer it showed white patch seems like some pixels were missing... So reflashed it and did not help same problem again n again all MIUI
Anyone has solution ?
as per title , just got this phone less than a week , and already got major issue like this , please help me , what should i do ? running on MIUI global 10.3.6.0 stable (PFGMIXM)
what happens when you try to update/download?

MI 9T Global , Latest Stock android 9 Miui 11 tested havoc / bootleggers / AOSIP
OK, in the past i tried almost all the roms that are available for the Redmi Note 5 PRO...
For the 9T all this 3 ROMS ( havoc / bootleggers / AOSIP ) are the same PIE version as my Redmi Note 5 pro....
-Same default apps each rom has, custommization, menus, options, sounds, boot animations... so if you are familiar ... it's the same thing
This 3 ones doesn't mess with the "mac adress" i don´t know what it is, but if you flash for example Lineage OS (mi 9t) and try to move to another rom you'll lose wifi in your phone , can re enable it by doing a not very complicated process... but even if you use miflash and flash Stock Firmware and Relock the bootloader that "mac adress thing" is going to stay and your wifi isnt going to work, you have to do the solution they provide to have wifi back, so i never flashed lineage... It's weird how flashing via Miflash all to stock cant solve that thing... I NEVER TESTED LINEAGE THIS IS WHAT I KNOW....
For the others ... all those 3 have same Mi 9t base funcionallity, they took the "base implemetation from Havok Dev" so ... , same issues for all this 3, double tap to wake doesn't work.... there is a module for magisk that force it but never tried , i use "raise to wake" then fingerprint, yes, fingerprint doesnt work with the screen off, you have to wake it...
OTG USB detection is random... not always, i have to reboot 1 or 2 times, until it can read it...
Hardware:
Actually in havoc, camera hardware retraction works well, no issues, no rare sounds... some times pop up camera opens randomly, maybe some incompatibility with 3rd apps using it and not closing it, but if that happens i open the camera, switch to selfie cam then to primary and it retracts again, then i reboot...for... just in case
GPS, proximity, all hardware working... led light ... all as far as i know....
There isnt a OTA working on custom Roms... y'know just click the button and automatic update happens, maybe because we dont have a official 100% functional TWRP or Mantainers need to pay some online storage.... for example if you do a factory reset in system options (any of this 3 roms) it only sends you to TWRP and dont wipe anything....
I was tired not having double tap to wake... so used mi flash and went Full Stock android 9 miui 11 Global.... my mistake, i relocked the ****ing bootloader, for my surprise it was instant this second time, i didnt have to wait a week or month, was just instantly...
And here i am again, in havoc...
This momment devs are almost jumping to Android 10 in all AOSP roms...
This roms are stable, my MI 9T is my main phone for work ... i need it working 100% and this ROMS are good to go.... i dont play too much, just clash royale....

I want to try Paranoid Quartz, but there isn't a tutorial to "move safely between android 9 and 10 roms) , i want to make a step by step guide how to move, in what order, what TWRP, what firmware....etc

Rigth now i have the knowledge to unlock bootloader, install pie TWRP, install pie aosp roms, go back to stock.... not more....
Im staying in pie havoc for now, Dev is a good guy , good group in telegram....

When will global dark mode arrive on MIUI 11? I'm on MIUI 11 version 11.0.5.0, android 10 based. I was curious, i had a little bug on a new fresh unboxed mi 9t, i couldn't edit the quick toggles and i had to send a command via adb to enable them. I was wondering if maybe there was something similar to do. Very very strange in my opinion. Maybe it's something that will be addressed in the MIUI 12 update?
Check MIUI 12. I have been using the xiaomi.eu MIUI 12 Beta ROM in dark mode and it works just about perfectly. In fact I configured dark mode less than 5 minutes after installing the MIUI 12 ROM and I don't think I'll ever go back to bright mode. Much better for the eyes and it looks cool too. Plus it saves battery.
Yeah, definitely install MIUI 12 from Xiaomi.eu
WAY BETTER than stock Global ROM, and even through it's still beta it's much more stable than MIUI 11 Global ROM. Dark Mode covers 99% of the third party apps.

I got problem on MIUI offical only with auto brightness, screen auto rotate problem camera pop up with no problems.
On every custom ROM unfortunately camera also don't pop up. I've used Havoc and blissrom both the same.
What can it be ? Firmware ? I was on 11.05 and 11.04 ? Flash new MIUI official and lock bootloader ?
Please help.
