I wish we can set an opacity and background blur level on the app drawer so we can see our nice wallpaper even in the app drawer. And ability to hide application would be appreciated because there is certain apps that you dont want to see in the drawer such as the 3rd party icon pack app, third-party keyboard app, some stock app that you never use and so on because these kind of apps is one-time open - setup/apply and that it.

The additional apps are quite nice, especially the convenience button and slide out shortcuts on the side. I do however use Nova launcher myself and replaced the keyboard with Gboard, since swipe typing is not as accurate with the Blackberry keyboard and I can't go back to hunt-and-peck style of typing. This is the first time I've experienced Blackberry hub and I like it very much.

Almost stock Android with a few China ROM features. Additions are Battery Monitor (white list apps for background, which doesn't work, apps get killed anyway), floating shortcut, game assistant (DnD while gaming), intelligent recognition (actions after selecting text anywhere).
Hence not Android One unlike the 5.1 Plus. You won't be able to use Android Pie's Digital Wellbeing. But it is Google Play certified. (aka. pass safety net out of box)

Some features not preferable at all, for example, when you choose to have an app draw, you cannot swipe up on the screen to open the app draw without the use of gesture control. Even with gesture control, you cannot then swipe down to get rid of the app draw. You have to swipe up from the bottom to get rid of the app draw.
When you push the "recent apps" button or "overview" as huawei calls it, the app zooms out on your recent app, but then switches to the app BEFORE that. Is that standard behaviour? Video for example : https://streamable.com/dlkbn

Out of the box EMUI seems to be trying to emulate iOS a bit too much. Once I added the app drawer and made a few other tweaks I'm happy with it. The gesture controls and one handed mode work really well.

Actually I don't like that iPhone copy quick settings ... The tiles should me small ... Or be removed .... And overall features are good but the skin is not that much pleasing
is there any way to make icons larger in default launcher?
