Had my phone a couple of weeks now and already installed 2 updates, now running RMX2001_11_A.30.
Not sure if this was a problem before because I hadn't recorded any videos, but I am getting a big noticeable delay on the audio in videos recorded with the camera. It's very annoying to see the clips with the audio out of sync with the image.
I suspected it might be a playback bug, but if I play video files on my phone which were recorded on another device there is no sync problem, and similarly if I send my videos to users of other devices, they also have out of sync audio, so it is the video files created by the phone which are problematic.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I mean fix existing files to correct the sync problem and fix the video function in the Realme phone? (Third party video app maybe?)
Have tried a few third-party camera apps, but the result is always the same.
It seems that there is software which can fix the videos after they are recorded, but that's not really the solution.
I'm surprised there aren't more people complaining about this TBH. Am I alone with this?
Same here. Main camera have auto sync issue, but wide cam doesn't.
Also, GCam is out of sync too.
Imho, this Realme should release fix for this

It's great with natural lighting, but pretty lackluster in low-light. Well defined (not super grainy) and the colors are accurate. Selfie camera is the same, but with it's limitations of course. Only problem I have is with the codec that compresses the raw footage a lot, making the video have more contrast than it should have; but it's acceptable since it is used to save/read the file faster.
Also, the Moto Camera app is TERRIBLE and it crashes everytime; several times I started a recording and when I stopped it said "Couldn't record video". The interface is super simple (in a bad way) and more advanced options are not present. The updates are slowly making it usable but the best advice is to stick with the stock app.

I read somewhere a guy whit this problem too, at the end he tried Microphone app from PlayStore then change microphone gain to 0 (it was at 39 for him) and this do the trick. Now audio on videos from concerts was fine not perfect ... You can try it and let us know but take in consideration that after all its a mid-range phone.
Sorry for ded english. Lol

Auto focus is amazing, dynamic range is also good. Slow motion looks phenomenal. It is stable if you have good enough hands
Here are some things that are disappointing me a lot:
1) only the stock camera is capable to use the OZO audio system.
2) Much worse, the port of GCam I am using will not even record a decent mono audio track - - the volume is too low and there is some noise.
3) Stock camera at 1080p has an audio/video out of sync problem. Not much, but it's annoying. GCam doesn't have this issue.
4) Not directly related to video: there is no stock audio recording app being able to use the OZO audio system. Stereo recording with other apps produces artifacts and it's not usable.
One of the reasons I bought this phone was the 3 mics and the advanced audio system, but so far I am not happy with it. I really hope Nokia will address these issues in future updates.
I don't like the 1080p because it's very cropped in (due to EIS). 4k looks very shaky if you don't concentrate on holding your hands very still. Filming while moving looks very jittery. Quality of both video and audio is great though.
For my quality is not good, it have a lot of noise and the EIS is the worst that i have ever seen. Even the gcam EIS makes the videos barely unusable if you are moving. Not even talk about low ligth. My moto x style from 3 yearos ago is at least 10 times better. I am really dissapointed with this thing of the phone.
EIS in 1080p mode is forced and no way of turning it off (Stock cam app)
awesome
video quality is pretty good

looks great.. howveer, zooming while recording could use some work for faster adjustment and less bootleg look at full zoom.
My Find X arrived today and the 4K stabilisation has improved a lot over what I had seen on youtube prior to the latest update. I decided to install Open Camera and see if that did a better job with 4K and it definitely does. It is still not as good as the OnePlus 6 which is odd as they use exactly the same camera and are owned by the same company.

Video has been really great so far.
I don't seem to have an option to record in wide angle though
IM finding 4k60 very grainy.
i've had a play with some third party apps and they don't have it so its not the hardware def the software
Can anyone tell me what the wide angle lense video resolution is? Because the quality looks really poor.
4k 30 or 1080p 60
