Hi,
O was trying to flash the Spica i have with the 2.1 eclair from this site here (http://androidadvices.com/update-sa...-enhanced-eclair-21-firmware/4/#axzz1hUOWV4sN)
I followed all teh intructions, but on ODIN, i just get that it is detected and it trying to start tyhe connection...
reason why i wanted to flash to eclair is because im having ano boot problem, it just stays stuck on the samsung logo after loading and doesn't do anything else....
any suggestions??
after a few mins of looking for a solution outside xda after searching here for about 2 hours, i was able to resolve it, i followed the intructions from here(http://forum.samdroid.net/f28/phone-stuck-samsung-logo-my-phone-bricked-1840/)...
Keep spica_jc3.ops in Select OPS field.
Click Reset Files to clear the fields.
In Select Images to download panel, Select I570EXXJA1_CLI32638_Bootloader.tar into BOOT field,I570XXJB4_Phone.tar into PHONE field, I570EOLBJB3-CSC-CL167487-OLB.tar into CSA field, and let the PDAfield empty.
In Debug Option panel, tick Debug Only and PDA Format option. Don’t tick One Package option in Option Panel.
Click Start and watch the progress bar and timer, wait untill PASS message appear on Message box.
Ok, my Nexus 7 is stuck - not getting passed from Google boot screen.
Here is a bit of history..
I unlocked and installed Cyanogen 10.1 awhile back, and TWRP recovery. It's actually dual rom - I can't remember the name of the other ROM.
I haven't used it for a few months and today I charged the battery and used it. It was all good until I checked for update and found that there is Cyanogen 10.2.1. So I clicked download and install.
It downloaded, then rebooted. And when the system is up, I got the pop up saying Google Service is stopped unexpectedly. Some app icons I got on my home screen are still there, but there is no menu bar. There is no home button, no app drawer. So I rebooted, and the same google service error.
So I thought, maybe it's not compatible with 10.2. I rebooted into recovery mode and install 10.1 (the old rom zip file was still on the device) using TWRP. Only took a few seconds and then it says successful/done. To make sure, I also did wipe dalvik cache, then reboot.
Now the system only goes as far as Cyanogen loading screen. That's it. So I hold the power button for a few seconds, then when the device restart, pressed the volumn down button. Then I chose 'reboot recovery'.
It doesn't. It just hangs at Google screen. I tried a few times, the same. So trying to reboot into recovery hangs at google screen, and trying to reboot normally hangs at Cyanogen screen.
As a last attempt, I let the screen hangs on Cyanogen log, connected the device to my Mac, then tried "fastboot devices". Nothing.. empty.
But when I tried "adb devices", I get an entry something like this
Code:
List of devices attached
015d2bcxxxxxx unauthorized
Code:
./adb shell
error: device unauthorized. Please check the confirmation dialog on your device.
What should I do to get my tablet working again? I dont mind losing all data - I just want it working again. Someone please advice me..
Hello guys,
I got myself in a big problem trying to change the SuperUS app that go installed with [GT-I9500] CF-Auto-Root method.
I was able to root my S4 i9500 following the "[GT-I9500] CF-Auto-Root" threat a few days ago and everything was good.
Then for some reason (I still want to remember what was the reason) I decided to change the superUS app with Superuser clockworkmod app (I am a noob and I deserve this I know). anyway I downloaded the other app from google play and when I opened it say it has to instal the binaries, I said ok and the phone reset and went directly to download mode I believe.
It was doing something but whatever it did it failed. So I said ok not big deal I will reset the phone and end of story. However now when I boot up the phone when it passes the samsung logo and start to load up the OS every single app fails to load, "unfortunaly xxxxx has stopped" I press ok and then it goes to the next "unfortunaly yyyyyy has stopped" and the next and the next and the OS never loads. The screen just remain black until I press power and gave me the option to power off, reset, airplane mode, etc.
IS there a way to fix o revert this. I am able to get to download mode but ODIN does not detect the phone (odin detects the phone when the phone is in normal mode tho???)
I am able to get to the stock recovery too. Can i fix this from sd card?
any guidance would be appreciated.

Try to save all your internal data to your pc (conected the device on your pc when the screen of your device just remain black) and then:
1. Go to Stock Recovery.
2. Select Wipe data/Factory Reset. Volume buttons for move and Power button for select. Select "Yes--delete all user data".
3. "Reboot system now" option.
4. Done. Tell me if it worked

Hey guys,
I flashed this ROM on my LG G2 (802) http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development/rom-official-mokee-source-project-t3274849/page2. Everything has been okay so far.
In the Mokee thread I read installing gApps would work like this:
"you can go MokeeCenter after starting rom, there you can download the small gapps integrated into the system and have a lighter and clean rom."
Unfortunally for me there was no option to download gApps via "MokeeCenter". Of course I found Settings -> MokeeCenter.
So I decided to download open_gapps-arm-6.0 (has been the minimal version, I think) and flashed it.
After I rebooted into system, I now am stuck at a popup which immediately and continiously pops up, saying "setup assistent has been closed". So I cannot do anything else than pressing "ok ok ok ok ok ok"
Big problem for me now is, that for some unknown reason, I cannot boot into twrp recovery using one of the hardkey methods.
I usually was able to do it like this:
- Shut down.
- Press power + volume down until LG logo appears.
- Release only power button, then immediately press power button again (while still pressing volume down).
I think I now tried any of the other methods as well (power + volume up instead of down... or release power AND volume down, then press both again... and so on...)
None of them work for me.
I might have to mention, that after the first appear of the popup loop, I read something about flashing "bootstack-d802-CAF-signed" as part of a solution.
I did so, but it diddn't help. Instead of a solution this might be part of my problem, because since I was able to flash it I obvously must have been able to enter twrp before this step.
What should I do now?
By the way: Can some of you tell me, if the annoying crackle/hissing of my headphones is gone with Android M?
I want to know this, because this has been the ONLY reason for me to flash Android M, since I wasn't able to find a solution for Android Lollipop (CM12). I find it extremely (!) uncomfortable to talk to people using my bose qc25 headphones/headset since my Lollipop update, because everytime when a person speaks just a few words with longer pauses between the single words, I have sound errors and hissing/crackles and even some really wired kind of "distortion" at the beginning of each single word and often have to ask people to repeat what they said.
The headphones themselves sound absolutely okay, it's just with the LG G2 phone. (i.e. a friend's Samsung S5 works fine with the bose qc25)
If this bug isn't gone with Android M (or at least fixable) I think I will buy a new cellphone instead of trying to unbrick my LG G2 if unbricking will be a pain in the ass, so I am very interested in an answer regarding the sound bug as well.
Thank you for reading.
with best regards,
Milan
I now have been able to setup a guest account. Running the guest account, I can quit the popup by pressing "ok" once. It doesn't return and is followed by "Gallery stopped" which I am able to quit too. But as guest I cannot get root access to use a software based reboot to recovery, right?
follow these steps
1. go to settings and find applications menu
2. select find system applications from menu
3. find installiation wizard or something else (i am using my rom in Turkish "Kurulum Sihirbazı".
4. click on it and edit permissions
5. enable people and phone sections.
6. cheers

Problem was, I could not navigate because there has been this fu*** popup always on top.
I have been able to enable root access and advanced shutdown options by clicking almost 1000 times "ok" at the annoying popup while I used another finger to tap something at the screen as soon as possible. Scrolling was like stuck motion this way... So I have been able to enter twrp and flash another rom.
Nonetheless I tested calling a person with the guest account (by allowing phone calls for guests via the same "tapping-technique"... took me aboout 10 minutes) and found out, there are exactly the same hissing /crackling problems with Android M than with Android L. So I will try Android Kitkat now. This bug is very common. Is there someone who can tell me a working solution? I am pretty sure my phone did not have this bug when I bought it with Kitkat OS installed. So a kitkat rom is my last hope right now.

Milan
Hello, I have an Android device of which I do not know the brand and model (I will attach photos). The problem is as follows, after I installed the Waze application, the device wrote that there is no free disk space and restarted, from here to there it loads only until the inscription android. I've read all the reset articles and all sorts of combinations, but I'm having no success getting into recovery mod. Please someone help me. Thank you in advance!
At least someone tell me what the model is or where I can see it?
Hello, I solved my problem and if it can help someone, I will write how. If the moderators deem it unnecessary to delete the topic.
So the model is 8221l and entering recovery mode is done as follows:
1. you press the reset button
2. you immediately start pressing on the touch screen with 5 fingers, it should say "recovery mode"
3. if you did it right the display says "erasing" then it will say ANDROID again
4. wait for 2 minutes and power off the device
5. restore power and the device will boot back to 100%
6. if you want to update the firmware, do everything but with the difference that in point 2 you have to press with 4 fingers!!!
