MXQ-4K (RK3229) Rom Update

Hello Community!
I've got the MXQ-4K Android TV Box with the RK3229 CPU and Android 5.1.1 !
The current firmware version is from 2016-06-18.
Is it possible to update this box? Maybe with Android 6.0 ?
If yes, where can i get this update?

I see my head-unit around with updates versions on android 7.1 nougat and some with 8.0 oreo.
Mine is stuck on 6.0 marshmellow.
Is there any way to update these units to the latest software?
