My call log shows the time of all calls I made today, but yesterday and before it only shows the date.
Any idea on how to make it show call times also?
Thanks

I just realized my voice mail alerts are not working. I haven't received a voicemail in a month or so and today someone I know emailed me to let me know they had called me over the weekend and left me a message.
I was like WTF, I never got a message so I manually called my voice mail and I have 47 new voicemail messages!
My phone has NEVER alerted me to any of these.
Thoughts? It worked fine, now it doesn't.
I know there was a mandatory update a few days ago. Did you update it? The update offers you free voicemail to text for a limited time.
I had the same problem until i updated, now everything is back to normal

hey same thing happen to me
i had the same problem wit 2 evo i had and i had to call sprint and find someone that can help me. Some of them like always didnt know wat they were doing, but they end up fixing it and its a network problem
I just did the update. Tested it and it still seems broken.
Going to wipe and update to the newest Fresh Rom. Can't hurt I suppose.
OK!
Still nothing. Guess I gotta call Sprint!
I'm having issues too. If you figure it out please post the solution.
Known issue.
Sounds like we had a brief outage last night due to a database issue.
If anyone is still having issues receiving Visual Voicemails, follow these instructions.
Steps you can try if you are not receiving your Visual Voicemail messages:
1.On your phone keypad, enter *38 and then press Talk to cancel any call forwarding
2.Power off your phone, remove and reinsert the battery and then power it back on
3.Update the data profile on your phone; go to Menu > Settings > System Updates > Update profile
4.Go into the visual voicemail application and compose a visual voicemail message by selecting Menu and then Compose. Make sure your message is longer than 15 seconds and send to [email protected].
If these steps do not solve the issue, contact Sprint Customer Care (*2 Talk) for assistance.

This seemed to work, now to test it. But for whatever reason, after doing *38 and turning my phone off/taking battery out, my phone wouldn't turn back on. I had to take out the sdcard then power on first then put it back in and turn it on again. Weird, could be unrelated though.
Edit: It worked like a charm, thanks!

My visual VM has been out since 11/16. I tried the steps above. No go. Contacted Sprint, went through a bunch of resets, Sprint reset my VM on their end, erased my messages, reset my outgoing etc, even wiped the phone and reset to factory. Still no go. On hold with them now. I get a message that says
"Voicemail: There is a delay in setting up your voicemail. Your message will be sent as soon as this step is complete."
Rep is suggesting an advanced exchange. Not sure I want to let go of my Rooted v 002 EVO.
Anybody able to help? Thanks!
OK, I went through the factory reset again, cleared all data, then my VM provisioned sucessfully, but if I apply the "Mandatory Update" it crashes it again.
Any way to remove the "Mandatory Update" reminder besides just ignoring it?
Hello.
Ive done a factory reset. And lost my sms and call history.
I really need a number that was on my phone. Is it possible to use some sort of data recovery app?
I checked with my phone company, but the detailed calling list doesnt update for midnight, and I really need that number now.
If it was either the last number dialed in or out you may be able use a virtual service code (depending on what country you are in and your carrier). I think in US its *66 to call last number you dialed or *69 to call back person who called you last.
Now, I called after.
Factory reset and wipe all data ???/

yes. It was the phone I was going the sell.
I searched quite a lot in this forum and elsewhere to have none of the suggestions to work. Moreover, this error is specifically caused by calls from unknown numbers and I couldn't find such an error to be reported anywhere.
Problem started after rooting the Note 3 Lte version [N9005XXUGB0D3]. Everything seems fine except that a call from an unknown/unsaved number causes the 'Unfortunately, contacts storage has stopped" error appears and the dialog box pops up four times. Worst is, if the call is received from an unsaved number when the screen is off, the dialog box pops up in the background making it impossible to respond to the call or the diaglog box itself because the screen turns unresponsive. Even the back button won't work but only the OK. I have to wait till i miss the call, and the dialog box is still there, after the incomign call screen ends. No point to save all new numbers as it is practically impossible, but to have all new number to display a name like 'unknown' might solve it, not sure though, and I do not know how to do that either.
Tried clearing contacts' cache, data, disabling google+, deleting all device contacts and google contactsl, rebooting after each trial attempts.
Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks.
Same problem here.
I'll try re-flashing an original ROM if don't find an answer by tonight.
=/
Edit: cleaned the Contacts App Data and Cache as a workaround, didn't have problem until now

So I went to send a text yesterday and it was taking forever and I had to make a call. I went to make the call and nothing happened. So I tried another number and the same thing. Then the text finally went through and the second call started. I stopped it as I didn't want to call that number. Then I went to call the original number and it starts to dial and then just ends the call. Tried again and the same thing. Tried the other number and again the same thing. Rebooted the phone and it worked fine. Have had a the phone over a year and this never happened before. Anyone else have something similar happen since the update?
Are you running a custom ROM, or has voLTE been disabled somehow?
